Prompt service with good communication, made our commute from the airport to our accomodation seamless.

Prior to travel we were contacted on whattsapp. We were greeted at the airport immediately with our names by the arrival door. Our bags were taken for us which was great. The car was a minutes walk. The hotel was checked and verified and we were driven in a lovely car, safely to our hotel. I can be an anxious traveller. But we would thoroughly recommend this service.

I've never done a guided tour before however was pleasantly surprised by how effective and simple it was. Being met at airports, escorted to hotels and taken on guided tours was a game changer rather than stressing about how to get from place to place on my own. The experience was so good, everything included was delivered. The local guides were knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. After this experience I'm wondering if I will ever take another unguided tour.

This was a wonderful tour of Hanoi. Our guide, Travis, was very knowledgeable and friendly. His English is excellent and he connected very well with the group. The tour consisted of 4 main sites: the National Defense Temple, the Literature Temple, St. Joseph’s Cathedral and the Opera House. At the end we got a complimentary drink at a well-known egg coffee café. Overall a wonderful tour, well worth your time.

I came out from the airport and saw a counter that has private car to hotel. I didn’t do my homework and asked for a car to my hotel at InterContinental Hotel Saigon. The counter staff charged me 550k VND. I thought this is ok and so boarded. Then to my horror when I checked internet later, it was indicated to be between 200-300k VND. I took grab from hotel to airport and it costed 114K VND. So please if possible use Grab for travel. Once bitten twice shy.

Great private tour for 2. Hanoi, Halong cruise, Hoi An, Phu Quoc and Saigon. Flawless communication throughout. I arranged some accommodation, they did some, as well as arranging all the transfers and tours. Accommodated my request for late starts each day of touring, which was a huge deal for us. Safe, comfortable cars and knowledgeable guides, all of whom spoke excellent English. Vietnam is charming and far exceeded our expectations, in large part because of the terrific tour put together by Hoi An Express. Highly recommended.

Requested for a tailor made private tour for a group of 4. The tour guide was very experience and had given us a lot of information on the places which we visited. The driver was very punctual in picking us.

Was oddly slightly a hassle attempting to locate my driver coming out of the small and non-busy airport. Once in the vehicle I had a smooth semi-long ride to Dalat city central. The driver was very considerate of the volume and turns given that it was a later departure. Also a very neat and clean vehicle. Thank you!

Great experience visiting My son and Hoi An. Hounggiang was our knowledgeable guide, who thoroughly explained us the local culture. Definitely and experience I would recommend, especially with her as a guide

The tour was exhaustive and covered the best tourist locations. Flavour of local food was given in most locations. The pik up and drops were on time and all involved were very polite and helpful.
