I didn't know what to expect but the show was spectacular, I've never seen anything like it! I loved every second of it. This agency not only provided me with transportation, they also booked me the best seat in the house. Amazing!

We were very happy with the evening. We got picked up by a private car, the driver and the guide, Kenh, were friendly and could tell a lot about the city while we were driving. The water puppet show is unique, we really enjoyed it! The food on the cruise was great too and we got to see the illuminated skyline, beautiful.

My partner and I took the Mekong Delta tour with Cathrine. Cathrine was lovely - friendly, knowledgeable and cared about the places we visited. Khanh, what a guy! He went above and beyond to facilitate our tour. Which exceeded our expectations! Delicious buffet dinner and best rooftop view of independence day fireworks. Ensured we were picked up and walked us back to our hotel safely, navigating thousands of people! Thank you so much for this amazing experience. It will be one we we will never forget. Khanh is very friendly to start with and makes you feel comfortable from the get go. We did the Indochina Queen Dinner Cruise to start with Khanh picked up from our hotel air-conditioned comfort on the way to the cruise. The cruise was great opportunity to see the city light up along the Saigon river. Perfect for grabbing fabulous photos. Day 2: Early morning start driven down to the Cu Chi tunnels and taken on a guided tour. Khanh is very knowledgeable and you can see that he is passionate about his job. This was an eye opening day on what the Vietnamese people had to endure through. We had a set menu lunch then driven back to our hotel. We finished our time with a water puppet show which was most enjoyable. Thankyou for a lovely couple of days Khanh.

We took the private tour and Khanh was a very helpful tour guide. He ensure that all precious moments was being captured by volunteering to help us take photos at each attraction places. He ensure we were all well taken care of throughout the tour and on time for cruise dinner and other activities. He took initiatives recommending more places for visit catering to our time. One of the best tour as we managed to catch the last day of the river festival and caught fireworks. Highly recommanded for 1st timer who wants to catch a glimpse of the skyline of HCM

My tour guides became my actually uncles to my fiancé and I. They took care of us from beginning to end. I like tour guides that make you feel important rather than just trying to get on with it only because I know it’s such a recycled job for them (also it being so hot). But this tour made me love Vietnam more than anything. Me with my broken Vietnamese but learning and me visiting for the first time made me not wanna leave after this tour. I wish to maybe one day and come back with my dad and sister! Give this company tour a chance! You won’t regret it :) We stayed in Ho Chi Minh City only and Mykong/Can Tho/Cai Rang was a whole different side of Vietnam we wouldn’t have seen without this booking tour. Even though it was a long and hot day it was seriously worth all the energy I had. I hope everyone can experience this once!!!

I went on a short trip, less than one hour and saw all i wanted. It was very nice and what a new experience for me. We stayed at the Vinpearl hotel and the taxi took us, less than 15 minutes and we were in a boat. I bought some coffee on the river from a kind lady and there were no issues. I also reccommend the bus tour downtown. Very well worth the 150000 dong.

Feeling a bit responsible for a small group of tourists from Czech Republic and Germany with different age, targets, values and expectations I am very lucky we have chozen the Open Smile Travel agency. The meeting was short, informative and the price very good. Awaiting not the best for the money spent we all were surprised by the high level of the service. Comfortable bus, good driver, excellent guide and incredible itinery we fully enjoyed. We decided to book again with Open Smile for today evening puppet theatre and a dinner on a boat on the Saigon river. We experienced another great highlight of our vacation.

This trip is a must if you go to Ho Ch Min City. They were very helpful when booking and even picked us up at our hotel. The group is max 10 people, which was great since it gave us more time and opportunity to listen to what the tour guide was telling us. Our tour guide spoke near to perfect English and was very easy to understand. He kept everything interesting and very fun. We got offered free water during the ride there and the bus had AC, which you’ll need when it’s over 30C outside! We also booked bus tickets here for our visit to Mui Ne, he was very helpful and understanding with everything we wanted. I recommend you go here to book your adventures when visiting Ho Chi Min
