We had a wonderful visit of the Cai Rang floating market at sunrise. Our guide, Wendy, met us promptly at 5am and took us on a fun ride on the Can Tho river to the market. We bought fruit and tasted delicious noodle soup on the river. Our sampan lady cut fresh fruits and made a flower out of water coconut leaves for us. Highly recommend this unique experience.

We took the Can Tho market tour with an early morning pickup in HCMC, the tour was wonderful from the very start until our drop off in the afternoon.
Lily and Daniel we great hosts and guides, they're happy to share the stories of the folks in the market and to get you up close to a fading little bit of real Vietnam, as the floating markets are slowly replaced by conventional roadside markets.
We loved getting to meet folks, learn about their lives, get to taste the foods of the market, and take in the beauty of the Mekong delta. Unlike larger boats, this tour gets you into the market, Lily knows the vendors and she'll introduce and share stories.
Vietnam is really a beautiful country, and this experience was one of the highlights of our visit.

What an absolutely amazing experience being able to explore the Cai Rang Floating Markets. It was an early 2:30am start from Saigon but it was well worth the day trip. We had breakfast inside the boat on the floating market and also visited a rice noodle factory and cocoa farm as well. Our tour guide Ngan was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting a truly authentic Vietnamese experience!

Excellent tour. Worth the early pickup. Our driver picked us up 0230, we were on our boat at 0500, had a wonderful breakfast at the floating market in our boat, then we toured some channels, our boat driver picked some fruit for us and made us some crowns from palm leaves. We also visited a noodle making place and coca farm. Our guide was Ngan, her English was great and she was very informative. Our drive home was a little longer, but we had a private car with A/C so well worth the money!!

I traveled from Saigon to Can Tho to travel with Fabulous Mekong Ecotours. I feel very happy and satisfied with our guide - Wendy. He was very professional and on time when picking us up.
And we are very satisfied with the trip to Cai Rang Floating Market, really the scenery is beautiful and the food is delicious.

Great tour guide! Nga, our guide, did an amazing job showing us the place and explaining throughout the tour. I didn't really like the floating market because there wasn't a lot of people. It looks like it's dying out. It was pretty nice on the boat.

We had an amazing private tour as a couple with our lovely english speaking guide. Including breakfast, coffee, rice noodle factory (where we could help make them), a fruity snack and a tour through the little canals. We would 100% recommended!

We had this tour recommended from an Australian guy who we were sharing our ride to our hostel with.
First, the guide what really interesting and incredibly funny, it's what a pleasure to speak and learn a lot of things of this incredibly culture from her.
And then, the trip was really great, we started at 5.30 am finishing around 11.30 am, everything was good, the trip on the boat to visit the floating market, the food was delicious and the visits of the noodle factory and chocolate factory were really interesting!
Finally, our driver was always smiling and gave us some amazing handcrafted gifts for free.
I really recommend this activity and even more the people doing it as they care for you all along. We left as friends!
I would rate it 6 out of 5 if I could!
During the trip , exeption of the floating market, we did not cross other's tourists as we took ways that no other tour company take, it made it look like we had the Mekong just for us and the people who live here.
