We booked a private car between Ho Chi Minh City & Can Tho. Our driver was excellent. He was well on time, courteous and very safe driving in the heavy rain

It would have been much better if the passenger seatbelts worked. It's the only thing my family talked about, especially as the driver said there is no need for seatbelts in HCMC. My 14 yr old grandson didn't even register that we were driving on the right hand side of the road because he was so intrigued about the lack of seatbelt, while his mother was having a panic attack on the front seat. Otherwise it was an airport transfer and I don't understand why they keep hounding me for a review.

Our drivers were Tan and Gez. They were knowledgeable ans we felt safe. We felt the freedom and exhilaration of being on a motorbike. Great opportuhity to see some of the local area with a local guide. Good stop.off points for sugar cane drink, veitnamese coffee (strong) and a look.at a wholesale market. Highly recommended. Helpful and friendly drivers.

A magical performance at the water puppet show - both my father in law and my young son were enthralled by the music and movement. It was captivating!!! Afterwards the set menu for dinner was a perfect mix of a wide variety of cultural dishes but delicious and tailored for western tastes.

A huge but interesting day at Mekong Delta. From boat rides (both motor boat and paddle boat) to candy making, fresh tropical fruit and traditional singing performances, electric carts, puffed rice sweet making and a feast for lunch - what an epic adventure. Highlight was both the lunch, holding a huge snake and the traditional paddle boat down the Mekong Delta. Our favourite day in HCMC for sure!!!

Our guide, Gabby, was excellent. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about both historical events as well as modern Vietnamese culture and day to day living in HCMC. My Father-In-Law had so many questions and so thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The company responded quickly to our inquiries. We were able to contact the guides and drivers quickly via WhatsApp while we were away. We upgraded to 4 star and the accommodation was good.

We were unable to get booked in to dinner but decided to see the show. Although it was all in Vietnamese (which we were aware of) it was very easy to understand the story. It was very funny at times and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The theatre is a little tired but it really didn't matter (lady in front fell through her seat.....so glad it wasn't me). This is very unique and definitely worth a visit.

Very good communication, car is clear and drivers are helpful. The first car park a bit distance and diffcult to walk from the airport exit. Also, we carried 10 large suitcases. This is not a good walk. Return car is good. Maybe my hotel district is 7 so I need pay extra. Total I spend USD 100 for 16 seats (from airport to D7) and 5 seats (from D7 to airport). Safe car and comfort!

We had a wonderful experience during our 10-day Vietnam tour. Most importantly, we felt well-cared for by the people at Hoi An Express. Guides and drivers were there for us every step of the way - even when we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 12:40 AM. And the tour company stayed in close touch with us before and during the tour. They responded quickly - often within minutes - when we contacted them via WhatsApp. The costs seemed very reasonable, accommodations ranged from acceptable to very good (we opted for the basic level of accommodation), and the experiences built into the tour were outstanding - varied, and educational, and fun. We could not have put together such an interesting itinerary if we had planned the trip on our own. Most of the time our tour group consisted of just three clients. For a dew days we were five. And during the Halong Bay overnight cruise we were a group of 20. Our travel companions came from all over the world and contributed so much to our enjoyment of the trip.
