Great Day in Ho Chi Min - loved the trishaw ride
Danny was a great tour guide, food was great, plenty to do and was never worried about getting back to the ship on time. Highly recommend this company for shore tours.

Hue tour with Mr Bay
Great day out with our Friendly and knowledgeable guide, Mr Bay. The tour takes you to the highlights of hue, with the bonus of an exceptional course lunch, which we were not expecting. Also we were able to drop off and pick up our Laundry at a laundry service in the ways and they helped us with some shopping we needed on the way back. highly recommend

Two tours: Nha Trang:Countryside and boat trip: Phu My: Long Tan Tour
We can highly recommend Pham Tours as good value, with bottles of water, rain ponchos, and a substantial tasty lunch introducing us to Vietnam food. We particularly liked the Nha Trang Countryside tour with a river cruise as it gave us a good insight into rural life and the small family industries which are gradually dying out. Thuy was the perfect friendly guide who gave us information at every step of the way and an insight into her life in Vietnam. The Long Tan Battle Field tour was very much geared to honouring those Australians who fought in the war, but included a visit to a war costume museum and Buddhist temples.

Best Enjoyed
Found Pham tours on Cruise Critic and booked 2 shore excursions of Ho Chi Min City & Nha Trang . We diid not regret this decision. From the first email Mr. Dung Pham was very responsive. Very was quick in replying to all questions and the final instructions on meeting place etc. very precise. Our Tour with guide Mr Huy (Handsome) was awesome. Not only was he very informative about his country, we enjoyed some language lessons, and he was also very entertaining. Visiting the city with history was great. The trishaw hair raising at times but thoroughly enjoyed. Our Nha Trang tour with Mr Hein was just as good and entertaining. Doing the "backwater cruise" on the river was good. The exposure to Vietnamese daily lives of families by, visiting them and observing the manufacture of the products was well worth it The itineraries were delivered to the "T". All in all both great tours and will highly recommend PHAM TOURS for quality of tours and great service

Saigon City Tour & Trishaw Ride - Phu My
I booked this tour privately online 6 months prior to the Majestic Princess Cruise Ship visit to Phu My on 3rd September 2019, on the recommendation of other cruisecritic clients who had used this company before. Tour guide Ben was waiting for us at the port gate, and was easy to find, as promised. The well maintained airconditioned 16 seater mini van was called, and we were off on our way to Ho Chi Minh City. First stop was a visit to the renowned REX Hotel for a Vietnamese coffee (very strong iced coffee & condensed milk). Visited the Heavenly Lady Pagoda in Chinatown; hopped on a very hairy 20-minute trishaw ride outside pagoda; & included lunch was at Pho 2000, (a very crowded & very noisy restaurant) of Pho Noodle soup and drinks. Visited Ben Tanh Market, & stopped at the War remnants museum, & also at the Independence Palace (now the General post office.) We were delivered back to the port by 4 p.m. boarded shuttle bus back to ship. We were very pleased with our tour organised through Pham Tours, & would highly recommend it.

Hoian and Marble Mountain Tour
We had an excellent tour with Pham Tours. The guide was very good & ensured we saw as much as possible on the tour. Hoian was buzzing. Would have liked more time here to explore on you own-maybe next time! The caves were really interesting & our guide was very knowledgable. Would highly recommend booking with this company.

A wonderful repeat Saigon tour with Pham Tours!
This is the second time we have toured Saigon with Pham Tours as a shore excursion.. We were so impressed the first year that we did it the second year as a private tour with our adult children. We upgraded our lunch spot to a wonderful restaurant that Mrs. Linh recommended. We will always use Pham Tours when we visit Vietnam. Thank you for another great experience!

Nha Trang Countryside Tour and Saigon City Tour (including a Trishaw Ride)
Our two full day Pham tours (over two days) were excellent. We had a lot of fun and were able to see a diverse range of attractions. Our guides were great. They were informative and spoke English very well. As we were in small groups of around 10 to 12 people, the tours were quite flexible and we were able to stay at certain locations longer than initially planned and we were able to skip a museum that we weren't interested in. This is not usually possible with large groups. One of the highlights was a 10 minute trishaw ride through some chaotic traffic in Saigon. Everyone in our tour group loved it. I highly recommend Pham tours.

Day tour off Voyager of the Seas
Did this tour recently & was a very enjoyable day. Can't believe the number of marble carvings that were for sale - who buys them all?. Was fun during drive into Da Nang dodging all the scooters! Would have liked to have had more time in Hoi An but unfortunately with delay getting off ship & heavy traffic we were behind our schedule. Was initially worried about taking a private tour ($60USD) vs a ship's one ($125USD) , but there was no concern with any delays getting back to ship on time Much more enjoyable with only a group of 10 vs 40+ in a ship's bus.

Majestic Princess docks in Phu My
Pham tours delivers again. We spent a great day at Nha Trang with Pham tours and chose them again in Phu My to travel to Saigon. We were picked up along with two other couples in a comfortable air conditioned van by our great guide Ms Dao. We visited all the main attractions and had a nice lunch at a Pho restaurant and morning tea on the roof top at the Rex hotel. Most importantly we were returned to the ship on time. Highly recommended.

Ho Chi Minh city tour plus Nha Trang tour with Pham tours
We were fortunate to select and take the Saigon City Tour plus a Trishaw Ride with Ms Giao and the Nha Trang Countryside Tour plus a river cruise with Mr Hien provided by Pham tours. I would say that these two tours were a highlight of our 28 day Cruise of Asia and Australia. They were well worth the $60 US pp that we paid. Mr Pham, the owner was very good at communicating with us and it was nice to meet him on our Nha Trang lunch stop. Speaking about the lunch stops, they were both very good and authentic. The sights we saw and the experiences were great and the hgihlight was the tricycle ride in Ho Chi Minh city through the city craziness of motor bikes, cars, and trucks all sharing the streets with the tricycles. Both tour guides were excellent and friendly. We wholehardedly endorse Pham tours for value, experience and organization and would recommend you use his company as you will not be sorry.

Great historical trip
We confidentaly booked this tour through Pham Tours, having previously done a cruise ship tour with them. Organisation and communication was brilliant and we were met as arranged prior to the day. Miss Huong was a great tour guide for our small group of ten and the tour was excellent with a great van and driver. It was quite an emotional trip for Australians to go to Long Tan and it was covered in great detail. Thank you so much.

Excellent tour of Saigon from Phu My cruise ship terminal
This tour is an excellent taster for Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City. Our ship docked at 7 am and we took the free port shuttle to the port gate to met our knowledgeable and entertaining guide Huy Nguyen just outside the port gate at 7.20 am. We took 90 minutes to drive to Saigon in a comfortable 14 seater (there were 10 of us) air-conditioned van. The driver was very safe. First stop was for drinks (included) on the rooftop bar (5th floor) of the Rex Hotel. We then walked a short, flat distance to the beautiful French-Colonial Opera House. Next was entry into an old Buddhist temple before we thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the traffic eyeball-to-eyeball on a rickshaw each - Pham Tours paying each driver's 100 000 Dong tip. More van driving through the fascinating streets of Saigon before having lunch (cost included, with 1 drink each) at Pho 2000, where Bill Clinton also ate once. Then across the road to the frantic West Ben Thanh Markets, where my wife bargained her way from 600 000 Dong to 100 000 Dong (about A$6) for a t-shirt. We then drove to the Notre Dame Cathedral to view it from the outside before crossing the road to the very interesting Post Office for a walk inside. After that, it was a short walk to see the very pleasant and shady "Book Street". Our next stop was a photo opportunity outside Reunification Hall before our last stop of the day, the very confronting War Remnants Museum (entry included), all about American aggression and demonstrating that yes, history is written by the victors. The 90 minute ride back to the ship had no commentary, but we had no hesitation in giving both our very entertaining guide Huy and our fearless driver a tip each. We could pay for the tour in either US$ or Aussie $. Well done and thank you to Pham tours.

Ba Na Hills. A great day out from Chan May (Da Nang) for cruise passengers
We were met close to where we docked - exactly where they said they would be. Annie was our guide for the day and gave us a great introduction, in perfect English, about the tour and a bit about Da Nang, then left us in peace to enjoy the scenery on the hour's trip to Ba Na Hills - this is basically a newish resort, with lovely gardens, sculptures, and a golden bridge on the first level, then a more French feel and amusement park and restaurants on the higher level. These were accessed by two very new cable cars that felt very safe - and there were stunning views for the brave! We were give brief intros of where to find things, and a map and given spare time to explore on our own, which was great. Lunch was Vietnamese buffet style and a little busy and manic. We discovered, at the end. that there were more dishes to our rather Western taste on the edges of the restaurant rather than what we had found in the central section (snakes heads, anyone - assume it was fish, but from the look of it, not sure!. This excursion was a good option for cruise ship passengers, as there is nothing in Chan May port, but there is plenty to do and see at Ba Na Hills for a much longer visit if you are staying in the area. Thank you Annie and to Kelly for organising our trip via cruise critic.

I found Pham tours while on a cruise critic forum and we joined some of our other passengers on Pham tours tours . They were amazing!! In Saigon Our tour guide Ben was excellent , he looked after us so well and made our day so much fun starting with the journey to the port teaching us about the country , the language and making us laugh a lot! Thank you Pham tours I highly recommend you and Especially Ben you are a great tour Guide
