Outstanding tour with an incredible guide. The visit was totally worth it, just consider 2-3 hours each way. Jackie is an amazing guide and made the experience much better with his explanations about places, vietnamese culture and connection with the group. He goes the extra mile. My parents and I went on a private tour to Trang An and Ninh Bin and Hoa Lu. Our private tour guide was Emma. She was AMAZING! Both my parents are senior citizens. She was extremely mindful of that and arranged to assist us in a way that made us feel very well taken care of. Fun story: my dad’s shoe got ripped off midway. Emma took it upon herself to arrange a guy to fix my dad’s shoe, and even went with him to get a new pair of shoes. Our trip to Ninh Binh was memorable for the natural beauty. But it was made unforgettable by Emma and her warm hospitality.

Loved the scenic evening views of Ho Chi Minh. The river cruise was a great way to celebrate my birthday with friends. Lots of good memories.

We had a group of 3 and decided to book a tour to the Black Virgin Mountain with Jacky Hieu and his driver. Pickup was 7 am at our hotel and Jacky was there early to greet us. Jacky was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He also knew all the best photo op spots and takes a ton of photos for us ( sends them via Whatsapp). Couldn't ask for a better, friendlier tour guide! Next time we're in Vietnam, I would book Jackie to explore more! Highly recommended and his pricing is also very fair. Our package included the driver, tickets to the Black mountain, and a lunch. Jackie also gave us some small gifts to take home which was a nice touch. Thank you Jackie!

Did the Ha Long Bay private 1 day tour with Emma. My partner and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable. Would recommend if you wish to get away from large tour groups.

We did a small group tour of Mekong Delta River. Our guide, Jacky Hieu was amazing. Very knowledgeable about history and culture, very easy to understand and took very good care of us with special attention To our mother to ensure she got on and off boats etc safely and carefully. The value of tour is also excellent and we saw a lot and ate a lot ☺️ We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacky and hope to do more tours with him in the future when we return to Vietnam.

Trip to Ban ha Hills was very interesting. Amazing amount of cable cars for various destinations. Guide Tu was very knowledgable, helpful and kind. Recmmended.

I just wanted to say how amazing it was to spend time with Jacky Hieu, our incredible tour guide. The Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta trip were unforgettable, and his passion and knowledge made it even more special. Truly a day I’ll always remember!

We had a private Tour of 4 days/3 nights with Jacky Hieu as guide , and I have a lack of words to describe how amazing was this travel . It was for me a really important time, and Jacky took it really personally. He rewrited the program to be the most efficient and interesting, cutting the long car road , always active and enthusiastic. Since the beginning , on the road or in activity, always a knowledge to add , and so interesting. He speaks fluent French with rich vocabulary , english and deutsch , where my english was really poor. He booked for us the best hotels , switching beetween street and local food to really good restaurant, make us discover so many different activity like boat, floating market,biking ,local market , making us taste local fruits , explaining us many historical things and habits of Vietnamese . I get sick cause of my jet lag , and he were really kind and caring for me . Always with a joke or a smile , dynamic , but letting us some quiet moment , the perfect mix . Don't hesistate, you will never be disapointed with him, really flexible with your wishes . A really big thanks to him and to our driver, Doudou, for this amazing and unforgetable tour !

We are staying at Fraser suites and VN Bike tours were recommended for Ha Long Bay day tour by the hotel. We are very glad they did, as we have had a fantastic day out with our tour guide Lucas. The booking contact Helen was prompt and very responsive to all our questions. We are traveling as a family of 10 with 4 kids and 6 adults and all our requests got fulfilled. On the day we were picked up in a 16 seater van and drove 2.5 hours to the bay with 2 planned stops. At the bay we had a whole cruise boat chartered for us (pics were previously shared to us by Helen so we knew what to expect). Lucas was with us the whole time and gave us good information throughout. We had hot lunch at the boat (water / tea / coffee / beer was extra payment). I would recommend the day trip with VN tours to everyone and hope you get Lucas as your guide!
