Hau was a great tour guide. He briefed us with information during the bus ride and the tour itself was very interesting. You get the opportunity to crawl the tunnels and see artefacts from the war. Hotel pick up and drop off is very convenient. The travel time on the bus is approximately 4 hours including pick up of other passengers. Bring snacks as you won't get back to the hotel until around 3pm. You can purchase snacks from a limited range at the tunnels.
