- 1Ho Chi Minh CityStop: 7 hoursFormerly known as Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City is a vibrant and dynamic metropolis full of contrasts, where street vendors and old pagodas stand alongside modern business and shopping centers. The tour starts with a visit of the Reunification Palace, here on April 30th 1975 the war officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. The journey continues with the visit of the War Remnants Museum, this popular museum gathers a comprehensive collection of the war machinery, weapons, artifacts, documentation as well as a touching photographs exhibition dedicated to both foreign and Vietnamese journalists. Later in the morning you will stop by Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office, two of the best examples of classical old Saigon architecture. At approximately 1pm, you will enjoy a lunch at a local restaurant. The tour continues with the visit of Giac Lam Pagoda, the oldest and finest Buddhist temple of Ho Chi Minh City. You will then discover Saigon’s Chinatown, including the busy market of Cholon and Thien Hau Pagoda, a temple dedicated to the Chinese Goddess of the Sea. This was my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh city. So I chose this tour in order to explore more about this place.
And the tour wasnt disappointed me. The tour was guided by David. He took us to a lot of attractions such as Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Thien Hau Temple. I was impressed the most by the Reunification palace. It was huge and full of histories in every corners. David is humourous and also really knowledgeable that he could explain for us about the history and culture of everywhere we go. One thing you should remember is wearing long clothes and bringing an umbrella with you to protect your skin because the weather so hot and sunny. The lunch was the highlight of the trip that be served with delicious Vietnamese dishes that me and my family really enjoyed. Everything here has its own historic stories that you couldnt discover by yourself. So I highly recommend this tour for anyone wants to know more about this place.

The tour was fantastic! It was a great experience around the city. Ben who was our tour guide was helpful and informative and we learnt a lot about the history of the country. We stopped at a local restaurant for lunch and it was delicious. Definitely worth the amount.

We had a wonderful experience today with my family for a private city tour. Great English speaking guide, great locations and great vegetarian Vietnamese food. We ended the tour trying traditional Vietnam coffee in a 1946 cafe with a old war bunker. What a day this was!

The day was amazing! The tour guide Ben was fluent in English and briefed us about the history about each place. We went to a local vegetable restaurant for lunch and the food was amazing too. We finished the tour with Vietnamese coffee at a local place and that was very good. Highly recommend!

We had a good private tour of Ho Chi Min city with an exclusive car for our family and a good guide Ben. He was very informative and also took us to many unexplored locations of Ho Chi Min. Wonderful vegetarian Vietnamese lunch and a great local 1946 orgin coffee. It was a great experience!

. Tour guide pick us up at the hotel on time, very friendly and enthusiasm guide with good fluency in English and knowledgeable. He brought us to visit the Opera, Post office and Notre cathedral.
