Cyclo organised our whole tour for two weeks for myself and my three sons - hotels, transfers, internal flights, tours. All our queries were patiently answered by their personnel, Mr Steve.Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mr Steve (who was our tour guide as well). We were well taken care and all our additional needs were taken care as best as they could. The choice of tour places were excellent. We booked a 6 days 5 nights tour and we were pleased that we managed to cover Hanoi, Halong Bah and Ninh Binh. Our trip was wholesome thanks to the efficient planning by the tour company. Robert, the most informative and kindest tour guide I have met, waited in reception for us. He explained the tour thoroughly and checked if this is what we expected. How refreshing. The cyclist was careful on the crazy Hanoi roads and we had a one hour tour. Robert met up with us and the rest of the morning was visiting iconic places. Robert was very informative about the history and culture and we were very impressed with him and the whole tour. Take this tour, you won’t be disappointed.

Just to sit back and absorb the view of Hanoi Old Quarter from the cyclo was an amazing experience. A taste of the famous 'egg coffee' was incredibly delicious followed by more sights and Buncha lunch with a local beer - just perfect ! Then jumped on the back of the scooter with Steve to check out more sights. Absolutely fabulous time, very knowledge, super friendly and a great scooter rider. Highly recommended the tour and hope to catch another one next time I'm this way. Thanks Steve again for your kindness and hospitality.

I have booked for 8days tour to Ho Chi Minh and Danang, the ground arrangement was really good, but I would recommend to get 4/5star hotels because some of the 3 stars hotels are not up to the standard. But you get what you paid of. But the service was so good! Specially to Steve. Good service in arrangement. Thanks.

To begin with I was a bit hesitant to book with Cyclo Travel and Leisure as there were not as many reviews as some of the other tour companies....DO NOT let this stop you as Steve and the team at Cyclo Travel and Leisure were absolutely amazing. The communication from the first time I contacted him to even after the trip has been outstanding. Steve responded to all my questions promptly. He tailored a custom tour for our large group of 22 people around Vietnam for 14 days. The price was very reasonable and the services that Steve booked for our group were fantastic. His attention to detail was great. Within our group we travelled with 6 crazy young kids and Steve was so accommodating towards them. Nothing was ever to hard or an issue with Steve. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about using Cyclo Travel and Leisure to do it as you will not be disappointed.
