Nota 1000000000 We took the wonderful tour! The best ever since we arrived in Hanoi. The bridge is in the Guiness Book, it is an unmissable tour, we also met Mai Chau, the food is delicious, the tour is incredible, the guide is an extremely attentive driver, they gave us several tips and even took some pictures of us! My husband and I are in awe of so much beauty! I strongly recommend the travel agency, the driver and the Phong guide!

Really great way to see Ha Long Bay. Great activities, Excellent and Ample food and drink. Wonderful customer service in the ship. Loved the small size ship.

Firstly, the communication was excellent. They confirmed the booking and then followed up with messages. I was confident of when and where I would be picked up. The trip itself was great. Like a lot of day trips, you spend a bit of time on a bus and this bus was quite comfortable (as far as buses go). Bring something to cover you if the air conditioning feels to cold after a while. I didn’t research a lot before I went on the trip so it all came as a journey of discovery. The pagoda was impressive and the guide made an effort to make sure I knew what was happening (there weren’t many English speakers on the bus). The bus trip from the pagoda to lunch venue was great - the scenery was jaw dropping. Lunch was also really nice. I was lucky to be seated with a family who understood all the food and customs and showed me how to attack the food. The boat trip was definitely the highlight. I LOVE boats. Boats + caves is an amazing combination. Be sure to have good sun protection- it’s hot out there. But totally stunning. Traffic back to Hanoi was heavy but I was so spent with what I’d seen, it was no problem to chill until I got back to the hotel. Yeah - I’d recommend it to anyone!
