We would not have been able to pull off this trip without the help of Dung (Young) who helped coordinate our entire trip for 31 people. The hotels that were recommended were top notch, the tours and tour guides were all amazing. We had a group of 31 of us. We flew into Ha Noi on various flights and were greeted by Steve upon arrival. I never once had to stress about my family’s pick up arrangements and transfers. The communication with Dung through the entire trip with our multiple changes in our itinerary was top notch. We went to Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Phong Nha (cycling to the caves is a must!), Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang for an impromptu firework show, and Saigon. Each tour guide that we were paired with were knowledgeable in both English and Vietnamese and extremely accommodating for our large group. So many things could have gone wrong but Dung handled everything with grace. Thank you again Dung, Steve, Duc, Trung, and Nguyen for taking care of my family and not only keeping us entertained but ensuring our safety as well! I seriously can’t recommend this team enough. We reached out to Cyclo Travel & Leisure after being recommended by another family member. I told Steve our agent that it was our anniversary and we wanted a private couples tour across Cambodia and Vietnam with a mix of tourist adventures as well as relaxation time in between. Steve was very accomodating to our requests and curated the perfect couples holiday with our anniversary day being a highlight of the trip! My partner actually reached out separately to Steve to let him know he wanted to propose to me and they together created the perfect afternoon. We also wanted private transfers and drivers for every tour who were always punctual and on time. This made the trip very seamless. So relaxing and fantastic way to see the old part of Hanoi. Our Guide, Giap, was outstanding. He had so much knowledge and could answer any of our questions. Very friendly with great English. The tour was organised and Giap was on time to greet us at the hotel. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Giap and this tour! Thanks Giap!

Absolute perfection. Cyclo Travel & Leisure created an amazing itinerary for our group. We experienced the magic of this country, its beautiful landscape and its wonderful people over 21 days. It included cycling the Mekong Delta, cruising and kayaking Halong Bay, experiencing the history and the culture of Ho Chi Min City, Hue, Canto, Hoi An and Hanoi, food tours, the Golden Hand Bridge, the Paradise Cave and the Dark Cave. Wow. Our first visit to Vietnam was awesome, and won't be our last thanks to the magic that Cyclo Travel & Leisure created. My wife and I travelled with our friends on a month long odyssey of Vietnam starting in Ho Chi Min City, to the Mekong Delta, Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Ha Long Bay, Pu Loung, Hanoi, and lots of places in between. Our tour organiser, Giap Nguyen managed the whole tour with professionalism, friendliness, experience, and a vast knowledge of his native land. We were able to go to places well off the beaten track, visiting one on my bucket list, Nui Dat and the battlefield of Long Tan. Nothing seemed too difficult for Giap. We turned up to our three day cycle trip around the Mekong Delta to find our almost brand new cycles not just ready to go but organised to fit our height, all personalised with our names on them. All internal flights were organised with seamless transitions as were our coaches and drivers. We had a fantastic time checking out local food, cooking classes, kayaking, hiking, cycling, caving and visiting the Golden Bridge supported by giant hands at Ba Na Hills. Amazing. My wife and I recommend Cyclo Travel and Leisure highly. If you have an idea of where you want to go, contact them and I am sure you'll get plenty of suggestions or recommendations from Giap and his team.

Best tour I have ever done. I wanted something unique to celebrate some significant birthdays and anniversaries with friends and family in our group. We wanted it to be outdoorsy, a bit of history and culture and scenic. Steve came up with an amazing itinerary and executed it perfectly. Cyclo travel and leisure went beyond our expectations to make it special for us. We did a 28 day tour and could easily do another 28 days and still not see and do everything. Vietnam, the country, the people and the food is outstanding.

Cyclo organised our whole tour for two weeks for myself and my three sons - hotels, transfers, internal flights, tours. We booked a 6 days 5 nights tour and we were pleased that we managed to cover Hanoi, Halong Bah and Ninh Binh. Our trip was wholesome thanks to the efficient planning by the tour company. Robert, the most informative and kindest tour guide I have met, waited in reception for us. He explained the tour thoroughly and checked if this is what we expected. How refreshing. The cyclist was careful on the crazy Hanoi roads and we had a one hour tour. Robert met up with us and the rest of the morning was visiting iconic places. Robert was very informative about the history and culture and we were very impressed with him and the whole tour. Take this tour, you won’t be disappointed.
