We took one way Hanoi airport to old quarter only 350.000 VND. The car was new and very comfortable. Driver was nice. Good service

Thanks to Jolie, I had a stress-free and smooth transfer from Got Port after a bay cruise to a homestay in Ninh Binh. The communication from Jolie was excellent from the first time I contacted the company, and even a follow up to check that I arrived safely. The driver was also excellent, helping me with my luggage down the narrow hem. Next time I need a similar service I will definitely use this company.

I booked a transfer from hotel to airport and Jolie contacted me a day before to confirm that all is right. Unfortunatelly my flight was cancelled and moved to the next day. I contacted Jolie and she was so kind and rebooked me for free. The next day she asked me if all is good to go, i confirmed and the driver arrived 15min earlier to pick me up. He was very polite and helpful and also the car was clean and new. I highly recommended this service.

Everything went very well with the pick up, communication via email with the assistant Jolie was promptly and helpful in very good English, the driver was friendly and on time and helped me with the boxed bicycle I had with me. We had a safe ride. I booked the van because of the bike, it was clean and comfortable.

We used Hanoi transfer service. Booked 2 days in advance nonlinear. Good Email Communication. Great pricing. Driver waiting with sign at designated post when we arrived. Went without a problem. We would Use them again for sure . No hassles with the unscrupulous taxi drivers! Highly recommend!
