Had a wonderful meal at Hong Hoia and great, friendly service with the HC Team. Great vegetarian soup full of tofu, mushrooms. Hard to find such flavour with vegetarian food. So good. Would recommend for sure.

CRAZY if you don't visit... My first experience with Vietnamese Tofu pancake (not the kind Americans think of)... I rolled pretty good and the dipping sauce so refreshing. HEAVEN! Also had vegan fresh spring rolls. I learned that my egg coffee (desert drink) isn't to be stirred (use little spoon for sips) definitely tastes different than stirred...I like both ways. My server Noah was EXCEPTIONAL, demonstrated how to make rolls and recommendations perfect!

One of the best experience that I had in Hanoi Vietnam. The host took us to local market to buy some ingredients for our cooking class. She introduced everything in details and showed us how to choose the good one. And then we come back to restaurant and started cooking there. We had Beef Pho, Bun Cha fried pork and fresh beef spring rolls. The host and the chef were so nice and enthusiastic while teaching. After meal, we also got coconut coffee and egg coffee for desserts hehe, so yummy.. You must try one!!! If u wanna find somewhere to learn cooking class, here is one of the best choices!!!

We had the best time at Hong Hoai cooking class! We went to the local market before the class to pickup some ingredients for the 3 dishes we planned to cook and got some insight into the local life here in restaurant. The guide was amazing at explaining what the ingredients were and what we needed to do. We will be coming back next time we come to Ha Noi

We were able to participate in a cooking class and go to the market to buy food ourselves and were instructed by the chefs to make traditional Vietnamese dishes. Perhaps this will be the most memorable experience on this trip because of the staff and staff. The chef here is really friendly and nice, we really made Vietnamese food which was great, definitely recommend

We had few day free in Hanoi. Absolutely the cooking class at Hoang restaurant was good choice. We went to local market and have so many prepared for cooking. We had Pho, chicken and pork roll. So yummy. Will do it at home.😊😊😊😊. Thank for everyone

I spent a fun morning with my friend browsing the local fresh food market in Hanoi & then attending a cooking class in a small group of 7 . We cooked a 3 course meal & then enjoyed eating what we’d cooked .

Thanh is amazing! We came here for a class to learn how to make egg and coconut coffee. Thanh went above and beyond to make sure we did it great. Highly recommend you come here!

Awesome experience ! The class still continued when there was only 1 learner ! If your plans get canceled or u have time between 10am to 1pm this is the cooking experience to try.

Rolls were out of this world. Kitty helped us all the way. She demonstrated how to stuff, roll, and dip them. Best of the best.
