The whole experience was luxury and first class from the limousine ride, boat amenities, meals, and activities. The staff was super friendly and eagerly offer assistance. Highly recommended

Overall we enjoyed the experience, however it's a very long day (around 12 hours+) when the highlights of the trip only take a few hours. The highlights would be ninh binh and the kayaking around the caves, the other things added in were just fillers which make the day longer than it has to be, lunch was average, a good selection but cold and dry, we skipped the cycling at the sun was scorching and humid so we couldn't do it after being in the sun for two hours on the kayak, our guide spoke relatively okay English, a slow quiet tone which was hard to hear/folloe

I have never returned from a pleasure tour and cried! We had the worst experience and I would never recommend this company. I only gave them 2 stars because the boat was very nice and the lunch was good, but the problem came in when we ordered wine for their 2 for one happy hour. Upon asking for our second glass (two for one) the waitress states that wine isn't on the special and that was a mistake. The manager came by and made it such a scene, the entire wait staff was yelling at one another at the bar and the other passengers were staring at us! How embarassing! I told the manager that since it was such a problem (even though it was their mistake), we no longer wanted the second glasses of the 2 for one. At the end of the cruise in retaliation, we were told that we had to pay cash for our tab, but others were paying with a card! (I have pictures of others paying with cards as proof). I am insulted and would never recommend this unprofessional company!

An educated & good experience tour ! We had a lot of fun ! I would recommend anyone to get tour when you are in Hà Nội. They pick and drop you off at your hotel or home stay.

Wonderful experience! Tour guide was very hospitable and entertaining - drive to Ha Ling was very comfortable, we can’t fault it. The food, drinks were very good and we enjoyed the cooking lessons (spring rolls) Highly recommend Jade Sails for the luxury, slightly more expensive both worth it. The boat ride was good and had the chance to kayak. Although extremely hot, we had fun and they timed the activities well. Good sight seeing + photo opportunities . If you are short on time and want to squeeze a day trip to Ha Long from Hanoi, I would definitely recommend this cruise.

We had a great time in this tour. We were traveling with a 2 years old baby and the crew supported us in everything. The views are increible and the food was good! We did the boats into the cave and we spent some time in the jaccuzzi while others went kayaking. The boat is almost new so its in excellent conditions. Thanks to the Jade Sail team for the awesome day we had.

This not real company Authentic Ninh Binh we booked with them and give us big group not real one it fake company, we requested for Luxury small group tour by Limousine we paid a lot but provide for us big group tour then we call for Authentic Ninh Binh they told us it wrong company they did copy name So please let's check the real name really company this poor company very bad company copy the name

Well organized, very comfortable transfers, good lunch, nice modern ship. Nam was our guide onboard and he was very enthusiastic and helpful. This is a great way to see Halong Bay. Highly recommend!
