We used BNT for a private car transfer from Hoi An to Hue. They got in contact with us straight away when inquiring and everything confirm with driver details within a couple of hours of initial contact. Driver David was great, he was right on time for pick up, a very safe driver and was happy to give us information about stuff we saw along the way. His car was very clean and comfortable. Also gave us some great tips on where to eat in Hue for dinner and about the imperial city tours. Definitely recommend David and team at BNT.

BNT travel runs a super efficient operation. We are a group of 3 pax staying 3 nights each in HCMC, Hue & Hoi An. We booked several 'Private Car' day tours. BNT is flexible enough to partially modify their standard packages to suit our preferred itineraries. Rep Ms Nanh was most helpful with logistics planning including buying attraction tickets for us. All their drivers were courteous, careful & have high level of safety awareness (like dropping you off on the safer side of roads!) Communications between guests, company & drivers were good & reassuring. Definitely a 5-star rating from us.

Tam helped us out greatly! He provided us with a driver from Quy Nhon to travel south to our next hotel. Along the trip we visited a couple of beautiful sights. Tam is eager to help out. I contacted him the night before we needed a driver, he was very supportive and arranged everything for us. Highly recommend!

I usually plan and book my own travel but decided to use a travel agency this time for a multi city trip in Vietnam. I was so impressed and happy with the service and super quick response time, even while I was in the US time zone! The Agent TAM was so helpful and provided endless options and suggestions for my tight itinerary. He handled everything from the ground transportation, hotel, private driver, EXCELLENT food tour with TONY!, flights and activities. He provided info and support before and during the entire trip confirming drivers and activities! We enjoyed a private driver in Hanoi visiting different sites, and stopping at many local food spots. The hotel was clean and very central and convenient in the Old Quarter area. The free breakfast was great, with an amazing view! (May De Ville Hotel) The next day was a day cruise trip to HaLong Bay. Easy transfer and comfortable cruise and amenities. Also handled the flight booking from Hanoi to DaNang! I highly recommend BNT Agency and ask for Tam! Would definitely use again on my next trip!

We booked a private sightseeing tour with BNT from Hue to Hoi An. The itinerary, which was suggested by BNT was fantastic. We first visited Bach Ma National Park and firstly walked up to the summit from a nearby car park. The views were stunning. We then took a walk down via the 5 lakes and Rhododendron falls. The 5 lakes 'walk' was very adventurous and the kids especially loved it, although at times it wasn't clear if we had to continue or climb back up! We made it through to Rhododendron falls where a small waterfall fell off a steep cliff, it was like being on the edge of the world! Finally we visited Lap An Lagoon. This is at the base of the mountains and again, the views were fantastic. Our driver recommended a place we could visit for lunch and we sat eating pho admiring the view. We then transferred to our hotel in Hoi An. Our driver was very pleasant and helpful and I would definitely recommend.

The trip with our driver David was amazing. He picked us up at the train station in Hue, showed us around in the Hue area and drove us over the Hai van pass to our hotel in Hoi An. A day full of new experiences with a driver who showed us everything he could and answered our questions about country and culture. Thank you to the driver and agency for great service!

Our experience: reliable, friendly, professional, flexible, helpful. Both office and drivers. First trip was a private car from Hue to Hoi An with sightseeing. Mr Nam was an excellent driver and gave good tips With this experience we booked a second private trip: Hoi An to Da Nang Airport with a stop at My Son. Phong was also a splendid driver. Linh in the office: super quick and friendly - even though the airline changed the timing of our flight several times within 2 days so that we had to adjust our trip start and end times accordingly. Clear recommendation!

Our two day private car tour arranged by Ms Linh was fantastic. From pickup at Hue airport by our driver Mr Quang, to the various sightseeing stops in Hue town and the mountain drive to Hoi An on Day 1. Day 2 started in Hoi An with a drive to Ba Na hills for the Golden Bridge and a stop on the return drive in DaNang to our drop off in Hoi An Old quarter. Everything was handled perfectly.

We have had the privilege of booking with Tam and BNT travel on two different years. We cannot say enough about how professional and caring they are. We never ever had a worry, if there was anything that we weren’t sure about we would message Tam and get an instant response. Tam booked for us many private tours where the vehicles were always top notch and the guides exceptional. It was always easy to adjust any tour to meet our personal preferences. We toured from one end of Vietnam to the other and were never disappointed. When we needed help with travel in Thailand Tam also was able to arrange tours and customize them to our likes. At one point we had missed a flight and weren’t sure what to do, Tam to the rescue, within minutes she had us on another flight and ground transportation arranged. One of the biggest things we feel about booking with BNT is you have a friend there to help you and guide you. Never did we worry about anything as Tam always made it right. Also there is no language barrier with Tam as she is very fluent in English as were all of her tour guides. We booked BNT Travel for a trip from Hoi An to Hue, stopping along at 5 different places including My Son and Marble Mountains. It was a 9 hour trip in total. We had Mr Quang as our driver and he was fantastic - we felt very safe and comfortable in his car, and he had a good sense of humour! Would recommend this for trips to and from Hue and Hoi An.

We booked a private tour to Ba Na hill which to be picked up at Chan May Port. Driver Sammy was an hour early before our cruise arrived. He is kind n pointed to us all the interesting points along the way. He was waited me at the entrance for duration of our visit. We sure enjoyed our visit n Will recommend to our friends who visit Vietnam. By the way Nhan is very helpful for the Ha Long and the money payment problem I encountered. She is excellent for organizing both tours.

David was our driver for a one day trip with several activities. He was very nice and polite and on time. We also felt very safe in the car, he drives very well and explains and share about Vietnam, the regions, names and meaning. We learnt a lot and saw breathtaking landscapes. It was also such a gain of time because thanks to his relations we could have fast path to activities and the thing that having a car without worrying about parking is a great relief. We definitely recommend 100% BNT and David that has been so kind with us discreet and let us take our time and at the same time respecting all the delays. Thanks again :) we appreciate that trip!
