We had a very interesting walking tour with Elena through Hanoi Old Quarter. We tried delicious dishes like banh cuon, beef salad, a noodle dish with crab, bun cha and delicious sweet treats. Thank you for guiding us. We couldn’t have found these spots on our own.

Great trip with Elena - so much food tastings! Would highly recommend! You get to see some of the lesser known sights with lots of variety of foods.

We had such a great time with Elena. She took us some great places. What I enjoyed the most was she was able to explain the ingredients as well was accomodate our preferences. For me, I loved the steamed rolls that had mushrooms and pork as well as the vietnamese doughnut

The food was amazing! Elena made our trip fun and memorable! I loved all the food choices and we were all so full by the end of our trip. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a first hand experience of all the flavorful dishes of vietnam.

It was amazing. Elena was so accommodating and easy to go with. She told some history about coffee and how it all started. We enjoyed our time with her and she made us eat a lot. Your money will be worth it.

Apple is a great host and guide, very helpful as well as knowledgable. She took us to great locations where the locals themselves eat.

My overall rating: Tour guide/service: 5/5. Food 3.5/5. I booked my tour through their website directly, and they replied very quickly. There was a misunderstanding about where to meet though. I was under the impression I would be picked up at my hotel, but the meeting place and starting point of the tour was at their office. Our guide, Apple guided us to try out some very unique foods we certainly would never have tried otherwise. I can’t say I enjoyed the taste of all the foods, but it was a good experience nonetheless. We were actually hoping for really good pho, but that wasn’t part of the itinerary so Apple made some suggestions for places we should try on our own. Old quarter is quite big and I found it difficult to navigate, so it was really nice having a guide to show us around and teach us how to eat the foods the Hanoian way!

A lovely day touring Hanoi- the food and sightseeing were amazing and Elena was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. We appreciated the female drivers as women travelling in Vietnam. Highly recommend!
