Ken was a very careful & skillful driver, esp on the mountainous road. Always early & full of smiles too. I really appreciate his help esp in carrying my heavy camera bag while climbing up the steep slope up MCC homestay on arrival day!! Best driver of all! Definately recommended!

I was in communication with two other transport companies before reaching out to Booking Car. They promised me a great experience, but getting actual confirmation was so difficult! These other companies required additional steps in which Booking Car did not. Overall I just did one quick call, they asked me to confirm text the details (which I preferred because the language barrier as an English speaker can be rough at time with Vietnamese) and I was situated! Paid the driver upon arrival, he was 10 minutes early and I was at the airport early. 10/10 wouldn't call anyone else!

Service is ok but the car quality and ride is below average. Photos of the car from the advertisement is misleading. I have a headache when arriving to the hotel.

The drivers have been very helpful and essential to our trip as without them,our time would be spent not as efficiently.The car was super spacious and perfect for our needs and the prices were worthy compared to the other taxi drivers around Ha Noi.Furthermore,they have been very punctual and adapted to the last-minute changes whilst also helping as with various situations.

Driver was on early to original booking and gave very friendly and professional service. After arriving at the airport, I realised passport was left at hotel accidentally. After I texted the driver again, he went back to the hotel to pick up the passport and brought it to the airport for me. He refused to take any more money. Truly blown away by the kindness shown. They are really good people.

Second time going to Ninh Binh, decided to try out a new car company. Driver came on time, drove safely, was very communicative on WhatsApp (English), and flexible with our itinerary. Car was also clean and comfortable. We did however ask our driver to take us somewhere for lunch, and were taken to a restaurant with overpriced but poor food. Do your research in advance and choose your own lunch spot 🙂

Excellent service from this company. I booked a transfer from the Hanoi hotel to the airport and had the best service. The company owner Hoang confirmed pick up on whatsapp as soon as i booked, confirming contact numbers if i had any questions. He also said he would confirm name of driver in the morning of the pick up. An hour before i was due to be picked up (bearing in mind it was 4.45am), i recieved a message saying Mr. Tho was my driver and is on his way. He arrived 15 mins before scheduled pick up but was happy to wait. The drive to the airport was easy and quick and driver was very professional (i have used Grab in the past in Vietnam and the drivers are always messaging or taking mobile calls on the highway which didn't make me feel safe). I had no problems with the drive - Mr Tho was focussed and the journey was pleasant. I am a solo female traveller so safety is key to me. I felt fine with this transfer service and the price was cheaper than booking via hotel. A great experience with a private car and driver taking us between Hanoi and Ho Chi Min City over 11 days. Communication to arrange the travel with Mr. Hoang went very smootly and he was very helpful around setting the driving schedule/itinerary. Arrangements were put in place months in advance and everything went smoothly including the agreed payment terms. Our driver Mr. Hieu was wonderful - a very safe driver who was totally reliable. Mr. Hieu was always early for our pick-ups, and did everything possible to make sure our travel was comfortable. Having a private driver was fantastic for flexibility of schedule, without the need to take mass transit between points of interest. Highly recommended.
