We went here after reading all the great reviews, and were so disappointed. Me and my mother both had the one hour natural facial. What was supposed to be a relaxing treatment on our last night in Hanoi felt rushed and stressful. The therapists were talking the whole time, and texting half the time. They were doing th face massage with one hand and texting with the other. She has her phone on the table vibrating next to my head. It quite infuriating, and at the end they even asked for a tip. Seeing the reviews, the massages might be good here, but definitely don't go for a facial!

Overall a very good experience, staff were very kind and easy to talk to. My back and neck were quite sore from motorbiking for multiple days and this helped alleviate a lot of the tense muscles. Can tell the staff if you want it stronger or what you want them to focus on. Price is pretty similar across most other places I checked out across Hanoi. Definitely would recommend

After 2 days of travel & 2 more days of exploring Hanoi on foot we were both in dire need of some TLC. The girls were immediately welcoming & we knew this was the right place. We had an hour long foot massage together & it was amazing, the girls were fantastic & we both felt brand new afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone!! Will definitely be back next time we are in Hanoi 😁

My husband and I visited here two days ago. Husband got a 60 min foot massage and I got a 60 minute back shoulder and neck massage. Confirmed with lady at the front that she would tell masseuse to pay special attention to my neck which was the pain point. I was put in a room next to another person, separated by a curtain that did not extend the length of the massage table. The masseuse had long finger nails and left scratch marks on my back and neck. She did not use enough oil and it felt like she was creating enough friction to start a fire. massage was uncomfortable and outright painful during some parts. She was also whispering to the other masseuse throughout. during part of the massage when my breast was exposed, I heard the other masseuse laughing and removed the towel from my eyes to see they had opened the curtain so that my privacy was totally breached. Masseuse spent 2 minutes on my neck at the end of the massage and left the curtains open when I was to get changed. Part way through getting changed, another staff member walked out from behind another curtain. Total shambles, left feeling violated. Husband’s feedback was that his massage was not good, seemed like the masseuse had not performed a massage before. Go elsewhere.

Got the 90 minute massage and it was excellent. Very good service. Nice and relaxing and clean. Highly recommended!

Massage was wonderful and reasonably priced. It exceeded my expectations and if I had more time in Hanoi I would go back for more. Woke up feeling rejuvenated after the aroma massage. Staff is very friendly and professional, worth the visit for sure.

This has to be one of the most professional places I’ve been to in Vietnam. The receptionist is very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed but you don’t feel any pressure at all and everyone is very polite . The staff were all really good and I had fantastic experiences, going three times during my short trip to Hanoi! They were so polite and reasonable and everything felt very professional eg having proper hot towels and nice music during the massage- it’s almost what you’d expect at home but for half the price

We spotted this place across the road from where we had lunch and it was an amazing experience! Super friendly staff and the back and shoulders massage was soooo good! Reasonable price too. We went back the next day and they gave us a discount. So lovely and nice and the massage was perfect. Thank you!
