It was a great experience with Mr.Trung and the driver as part of the cozy vietnam travel company. Mr. Trung was very understanding and cooperative. He gave us the whole Wikipedia knowledge while our journey to understand the history and culture of each location and made sure we are having adequate time to enjoy each location during the travel plan. He treats his tourists like family and make sure that we have the best experience. We did cycling in a very scenic route and boat ride which are the main highlight. So over all we had a great day. As a tour guide Mr. Trung is doing phenomenal job. I strongly recommend his service to everyone.

The guide was very funny and tried to involve everybody creating a super friendly atmosphere. Trung look after the group in a professional manner, even when we went ciclying and some people could not ride properly. He put a lot of passion in his work and I really recommend a tour with him.

Good Trip Over All. Got a humorous friendly guide named Nhat. Enjoyed the scenic beauty of Hoa lu and mesmerising boat ride at Trang an. Experienced slight difficulty in option of food, but overall enjoyed the whole trip.

We spent little bit long at Hoa Lu but it was not the tour guide’s fault. The lunch was buffet style and was just so so. Too crowded. The cycling was fun even there were people in a group riding bike in 3 lines that disturbing the traffic. The tour guide could be tougher… but he was too nice though. Overall, it was a good trip.

The itinerary was well planned, and the tour guide was very friendly and humorous. The explanations were clear, and all three main attractions were beautiful.

the giews were great and our tour guide jay had a great sense of humour that made the trip fun! we also got an opportunity to cycle around the mountains. my friend coudnt ride a bicycle and he let her be a passenger ride behind him on the bicycle. great experience!
