Best cruise, very travel friendly staff. Neat rooms, beautiful architecture, nice wood work, you don't feel like leaving the place. Very well planned meals. Good activities, comfortable rooms and all good facilities. Must must try. Highly recommended

We enjoyed every minute of this cruise. Kevin/Hung was an excellent guide. He spoke clearly, gave clear directions and additional information about the area. Also, had sprained my ankle and he made sure I got extra help getting around. There were numerous fun activities ie Kayaking, swimming and my favorite exploring a cave in a wooden boat. Everything was on time. The food tasty and accommodations spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony. It was in a good middle price range. I said we can recommend this tour.

Overall trip was ok inspite setback from Typhoon Yagi week before Several places still flooded & internet communication almost none Guide Hung/Kevin did a fabulous job of keeping pleasant during the trip

Plunging through the natural wonders of Halong and Han La was heart opening wide. I deeply felt reminded of the floating mountains of the movie ‚Avatar‘. I am sure, Mr. Cameron, the producer of the film, was on your tour as well!! Hung, thank you for your kindness and well guidance. We want to thank Kean as well, the boat guide of the second day in LAN Ha. We were impressed by the astonishing logistics you provided, bringing every tourist and his belongings exactly to the place where he wanted to be. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you. Wonder experience with low price.Experience Guide Mr.Kevin explain very well. Food in cruise is too good. Need more time kayaking activities

Tour guide Peter was very good. Shared info well in advance so we could get ready for activities. He was engaging with all the members in tours. Room in the cruise was compact (may be this is the standard for this category of cruise) and internally there are many things to be refurbished. Food well organized and well catered (due to personal food preferences and limitations we could not much enjoy). Activities were well planned and no much of hassle. Overall decent beginner experience.

Very nice cruise with Cody as guide. We went Kayaking, swimming and visited the caves. The good was Nice, rooms we're excellent.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. We were two couples in 20’s and 50’s. Great communication and organisation. They, like most of Vietnam travel use What’s App.Pick up from old town Hanoi. Return bus included in price, as were all activities like cooking classes, cycling and kayaking. And all meals. Only drinks not included. You could join in everything, or just relax. We recommend the 2 nights if you have time as it is a fair amount of travel. More relaxing if you have 2 nights. We recommend the quieter LAN Ha Bay. We booked via Booking.com. Beds very comfortable, everything clean and magnificent shower with scenic window if you want. From the bed is a large panoramic window. Food was lots of little courses, so you could try a great variety and things you may not ordinarily try. They were very aware of dietary requirements. The whole crew were wonderful, fun, bent over backwards to make everyone’s stay exceptional.

What a great experience. The staff were top tier. Every staff member on board greeted you with a smile and were so helpful in every way. They were very careful catering to my peanut allergy. Special shout out to Huy (Danny) our tour guide. I was super happy with everything and the activities were great.

A trip managed by Tui from the start to the end with absolute professionalism and friendliness. We were kept fully informed and entertained at all stages. The coach journeys at collection in Hanoi and drop off in Hanoi were great. The tender transfer to the main boat was smooth. The welcome in the main boat was warm and set the visit up well. The living quarters were beautiful. Everything we required with a private balcony. The briefing on arrival by the chief steward was warm and informative. Lunch was excellent. Such excellent food and so much of it. It was more like dinner than lunch. The dinner was wonderful do so many choices a d such great quality. The dumpling soup was great, loved the prawns also. Well done to all the chefs. Our trip to the caves was so memorable with our boatman being so kind and allowing some to row the craft. Tui (Danny) did a spring roll making demonstration which was worthy of a TV cookery programme. The man had so many talents. Tran was attentive and his magic tricks kept so many entertained and in awe at his skills. All of the attending girls were so helpful, attentive and nice. It was like we we sailing with friends. David’s availability to answer any questions or requests made things do easy and relaxing. The entire team made the trip so wonderful. It’s a great product you have and we wish you very success. We experienced a trip we will remember with fondness. Thank you.
