We took 3 days 2 nights tour to Sa Pa. Overall we enjoyed the tour, mostly our guide and the views. But we had a bad experience during the tour and with the agency. When we bought the tour agent additionally sold as a taxi from the train station to Sa Pa. Later we noticed that this was included in the tour. The first day during lunch we ate at a very cheap place with overcooked food in oil. It was worth food during the trip and we didn't have options but in the village better places. During the second night where we slept was a lot of dust. The next morning another guy and I woke up with red eyes and sneeze because allergy which past outside. In general, on the tour, we didn’t have any traditional experience besides speaking with our guide. We spoke with several local guides and they receive less than 3% of the original cost but spend with as most of the time. After the tour, I commented about this to the agent and the owner of the agency met with us. But he wasn't interested at all about our suggestions for improving the tour. He only was interested that we don't write a bad review. Overall I just recommend researching better because exists much better tours for tourists and also for locals.

This was a very funny trip with lots of laugter and mighty views. A special thank you to Tom who was very supportive and funny as our guide. Highly recommended!

I recommend this agency! The rates are interesting, very competent staff, and very friendly. For French people who want to make excursions I recommend this agency which is located next to the cathedral in Hanoi. What is on it is that I will go through them next year!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness from all involved - and the mountains amid the rains and the sun. On the second day I forgot my sweater; I only discovered this back in Hanoi. One should think never to see it again - but no! It has already been found and is travelling special delivery back to Hanoi tomorrow. I am grateful and impressed.

I stopped by their office location right across from the Cathedral in Hanoi and was right away pleasantly welcomed by the cleanliness of the office, great English speaking agent, very friendly non-pushy info, and LOW quoted prices. So when I found myself in need of transport midst travel I reached out via WhatsApp and within minutes I had all the required tickets booked at price fraction of what hotels offer. Super pleased with service. Would definitely recommend.

Needed my visa extended and requested prices from a couple of travel agents. MC travel charged nearly half the price of the company’s just a few doors down and had it back to me much quicker than any of the others could (mine was back within 4 working days, other travel agents told me it would take 7) Another great thing about this company is that they are not pushy like all of the others and don’t constantly bug you to buy their trips

Very nice travel agency, we booked 3 tours with them for a reasonable price. The staff took all the time to explain what we needed to know. On the last trip to Cat Ba there was Some miscommunication about the pick-up time by the busdriver and after calling the agency everything was sorted out very soon and we got on the next bus, 2 hours later, to Halong Bay. He was friendly and tried everything to make us feel better. All with all this travel agency is a nice and cheap agency which will do its best to make their customers happy and enjoy the beautiful sightseeing in Vietnam.

I booked a last minute bus ticket from cat ba to Hanoi. The staff was very friendly, provide me lot of information about Cat ba and Sapa (my next stop), give me information about bus schedules, tours and things to do around there. Very nice people, it is a new agency and you can see that they do there best for you. I highly recommend it, do not hesitate to visit them and book with this agency.

We used MC Travel to book both a flight and returned to them to book bus service. Where as other travel agencies told us our last minute plans could not be done (our group had some health issues interfere with original plans), Yen at MC Travel went the extra mile to find a way to get us to Ha Giang on our tight timeline. We had some issues with an extremely uncooperative bus driver, but upon hearing of this, Yen again went the extra mile, reported the issues to the bus company, compensated for a needed taxi and offered free transportation to the airport. She really understands customer service and truly cares about her customers. I would give her a 5 star review!

The agent we worked with was very professional, kind and efficient. She was able to get us a last minute trip at a significant discount (relative to neighbour agencies) to Trang An. Communication was excellent and the agency she recommended was very reliable and met our expectations. Overall I would recommend this agency and if I could back to Hanoi would use them again.

Excellent travel agency in Hanoi! We book our tour to Sapa and also Halong Bay with them. Yen Thi, the travel agent, was very attentive and got exactly what we wanted. She recommended the best way to go to Sapa as we wanted a comfortable but affordable way to go there. She also suggested a very good boat cruise to Halong Bay. We had an upgrade of the room in the boat with the best view. Everything was perfect!!
