Visit to the Oyster Farm and to the limestone formations in the caves was amazing. Food served was delicious. It was real luxury experience, right from the hotel pickup till the end. Your guide Mr. Garry was very helpful and provided thorough information.

Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Ho was excellent and extremely informative. The tour ran like clockwork (picked up and dropped off on time etc), the bus was very spacious and comfortable, the boat was great and lunch was pretty good too. Halong bay is gorgeous and there was plenty of time to enjoy it. If you’re going to do a day trip rather than an overnight one then pick this tour.

I have to say this luxury travel was great with reclining leather seats and really cut the journey time down. Booking was simple - good communication via email would totally recommend this company. Boat was fine and good selection of food at lunch which tables laid ready. Downside is simply the amount of people there. So many boats so many people queueing to get up the steps inside the grotto cave. It was a public holiday on the day we went but I believe it is always pretty busy. It’s a shame they seem to be overdoing it with the tourists very little wildlife can be seen And no time for any kind of relaxation on the beach. That said the tour in itself was a good day out was really glad we paid a bit extra and didn’t go the longer route.

Picked up from hotel in luxury and taken to Ha long to meet the boat to make the less known "new route" with very few other tourist boats. A fabulous full day with plenty of space and opportunity including a sea swim and kayaking in awesome scenery which simply can't be described. But best of all is the service and staff of the tour. A special mention to Jasmin for making it all for maximum enjoyment and interest....A Special lady doing a special job.

Well worth paying a little extra for the facility of a shorter trip to Halong BAY. Coach very comfortable. Boat was great also.Both staff anddriver lovely. Enjoyed the lunch and the little cookery class. Not sure Halong Bay will be able to accept any more tourists as the pollution is unreal there. See it while you can for what it is but dont expect any romantic sunrises/sunsets with the polluted air and sea.

The van that fetched us from hotel(located outside old quarter) to Halong bay was very comfortable and it was about a 2 hours journey through the new expressway. Lunch on board the vessel was not fantastic but we had nothing to complain about. After the trip, we were sent back to our hotel even though it is located outside the old quarter. Lastly, we had a very good and informative tour guide by the name of Chuong. He is the best tour guide during our trip to Hanoi.

We had a fantastic experience on awesome tours. The entire experience was seamless and the arrangements were wonderful. The van that transported our family to the marina was very comfortable and the drive was just around 2 hours through the new expressway. The junk was clean and well maintained and the food was good. Special mention on the great vegetarian cuisine served on board. Last but not the least was our friendly, energetic guide Chong who kept us entertained and engaged throughout the trip.

This tour was well worth it! It took 2 hours to get to the bay with the highway instead of 4 and we got to the bay before the flood of tourists. The boat crew and our driver were courteous and Chung, our tour guide had so much knowledge to share about Vietnamese history/culture, the bay and must see/eat recommendations in Hanoi. Overall, you spend a little more for this tour but I would definitely do it again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this luxury tour. The fact that the luxury bus navigated the busy streets of Old Hanoi to pick us up at our door and drop us off was a huge selling point for us. Our guide Chung explained everything with fact and good humor to keep us organized and entertained all day. The luxury bus, the boat to Ha Long, and our bamboo boat ride with Mai were all spectacular. I’m highly recommending this tour over others because we truly felt special. The cave experience was also an unexpected highlight thanks to Chung (who is very smart, well spoken, enthusiastic and patient). We would highly recommend this tour above others and our pictures will show you why!

We wasn’t sure whether we should visit Halong Bay because it would normally takes 4 hours one way. However, we found this luxury tour that could take us there in 2 hours with the new highway. The luxury van is very nice and comfortable. WiFi, USB charging and water on board. We had our private cruise and the Chung was very knowledge and nice guide. Halong Bay is a must visit place but definitely recommend you to join this tour. You will not regret it.

It's just incredibly awesome. Booking was a breeze. Very considerate and accommodating. The van driver despite limited English communication skills was kind. And we enjoyed the luxury travel in a van which only two of us had for ourselves.. The lunch was awesome.. The experience was simply awesome. I would love to bring my children back to Halong bay..

The desert Dawgs from Namibia were picked up by a luxury mini bus in Hanoi. The bus was comfortable and has wifi on board. Our tour guide were comfortable in english and he was entertaining. We had an enjoyable time at Halong Bay.It was good to see the fishing village and we had much fun on the canoes. Much recommended!

It is exactly what we were looking for, our guide Chung was very friendly and He spoke English perfectly. The van in wish they took us was quite comfortable and had wifi, they fulfilled everything they promised. I highly recommend this tour.
