Very nice busride, great activities. BUT be prepared to tip a LOT. Not mandatory, but encouraged. Around 50-100k for each person, 3-5 people. Bring good hiking shoes and the summit was extremely crowded and quite dangerous, try to go as early as possible

Good tour with an opportunity to see a lot of attractions in the Ninh Binh area. We enjoyed the visit to the temple of emperor Dinh Tiên Hoàng and of course the views from the top of the mountain were incredible. Lunch was very extensive with enough food - and a huge variety of it - for many more people than were in our small group. The boat ride on the river was awesome and a really good experience. Our guide, Candy, was attentive and helpful. The reason this isn't a 5-star review is because the last stop of the day at Bich Dong pagoda was very rushed. It felt like we were flying through the three levels of the site, which wasn't easy because of the uneven and very poorly lit passageways. The pagoda itself was interesting and beautiful, so it was unfortunate that we had to hurry through it so quickly.

Quy and Hoa were both really good driver and guild very knowledgeable and interesting. The steps to the top are abit tough but well worth it

We had such a wonderful time on our Ninh Binh tour. My friend and I loved cycling, and climbing the mountain. It is one of the highlights to our Hanoi trip. But one person made it even more special for us, Victor! He was so knowledgeable and friendly, it really made our experience even better. I'd love to do it again in the future! Thank you~

A great option if you are short on time and don’t want to miss out on Ninh Binh. While Ninh Binh was beautiful the highlight of the tour was Victor/Vu sharing local knowledge and stories throughout the trip in an engaging/funny way, by far the best tour guide we’ve had on our trip to Vietnam. A delicious lunch, comfy bus with wifi and a great driver all added to the experience.

We had a wonderful, funny and professional guide Victor take us on this tour. He was very good with sharing with us detailed history and knowledge about Vietnamese culture. Hoa was also a safe and reliable driver for our journey. The group was just the right size at 16 of us and we travel on a spacious bus with wifi. We will recommend this to my friends

Victor led a great tour of Ninh Binh from Hanoi today! Started with some history, took us to some beautiful temples, got to go on a boat ride and walk to the top of a hill while keeping us laughing. Highly recommend.

The tour was so so good, tour guide victor was excellent, shared so much knowledge, gave us his recommendations on where else to go and was very funny. Driver was super safe and got us to our destinations in good time, despite traffic.

Went for the Ninh Binh day trip. Our tour guide Victor was genuinely really funny and informative, teaching us a lot about the history and culture of Vietnam. He made us feel comfortable throughout the tour, letting us rest for the packed day. The tour was well organised and we covered quite a bit of ninh binh in the time we were there. Victor kept the energy up which helped all of us stay engaged and happy throughout the day. Would really recommend.

We had a nice time today on our tour with guide Victor. He has a vast knowledge of Vietnamese history plus he is witty so it was a great day! We cycled, saw temples, boated on the river, and climbed many stairs to a splendid view. Plenty of water to drink and the tour can be adjusted if you don’t want to cycle or hike.

Great day out with lots of information on the history and culture of Vietnam which was imparted in an easy way. Victor was friendly as was our driver and we really enjoyed the breadth of the experience from visiting the temple of the first Emperor and a gentle bike ride there and back to the boat trip - where they row with their feet! The hike up sleeping dragon mountain was worth it so give it a go! The trip represented good value for money and whilst our hotel was just outside the old quarter we had a short 7 minute walk to the pick up point. The tour company messaged me confirming details a couple of times which was great and we kept to time throughout the day without feeling rushed. The buffet lunch was nice with vegetarian options too and plenty of bottled water was provided.

Our tour guide Quy and driver Hoa was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure everyone had a good time and accommodated everyone’s needs and questions. The experience itself was amazing with once in a lifetime views. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves nature and breathtaking scenery.
