Group of 7 pax were booked from Mumbai with hello vietnam on 5 star hotel. No coordination between team and restaurant, DINNER TIME 7 PM is given and for dinner they were served idli dosa and mendu Vada and this has happened in December group also , inspite of makes several call and follow ups Mr Paras he is not ready to accept and argues, and not ready to contact restaurants for amendments, when asked for menu his team will not reply , his language / TONE is of a BOSS not service industry / DMC half the time he will not pick up the calls his team says he is in U.S .A and team cannot take decision when required. NOT WORTH MAKING BOOKING WITH THEM BETTER LOOK FOR OTHER SUPPLIER .

First time in Vietnam by agency but our trip was more than satisfying. Everything was perfect . We are thinking to book another tour as well. Thanks for everything

We ( 28 people from Hong Kong ) just finished the trip ( Jan 6 to 10, 2020 ) which is organized by their professional staff Kamea ( or Nga ). All of us are so satisfied with all the arrangements prepared by her. This trip is quite important as our group members get along with them for 40 years and they wish a memorable trip can be tailor-made so that they can get an unforagettable experience. Kamea can do and she organized everything like a special designed banner, a special anniversary cake, a special room in all restaurants, a special menu for one of the member he takes vegan, a special set up dinner in Mai Chau and nice arrangement at the end of the trip in the cruise in Lan Ha Bay. Not to mention those tasty Vietnam food and noodles, her detail-oriented working attitude do make our group feel relax and enjoyable. Once again, may I take this opportunity to thank for her hard work and wish her all the best.

My boyfriend and I just finished the “Passionately Vietnam 15 day trip” that was put together by helloVietnam. Our travel agent, Hazel, did an amazing job planning every single detail of the trip. I had about 35 emails corresponding with Hazel over the past couple months coordinating the perfect trip. Hazel was easy to work with and made some last minute changes for us with no problem. We found the visa process slightly confusing but Hazel sent visa letters and we arrived in Vietnam with zero issues. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh City and kicked off our trip with a young tour guide who spoke English and gave us recommendations on the “hip” areas we should visit. Hazel made sure every small detail was taken care of. We opted for the five star accommodations throughout the trip and we were very impressed with all the hotel picks. For reference we visited the following cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Mekong Delta, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Sapa, Ha Long Bay and Hanoi. Sounds like a lot and we were definitely moving but I wouldn’t have changed anything. We had an amazing time in Vietnam and wish we would have had more time to visit more cities. We will definitely visit Vietnam again and plan to book our next trip through helloVietnam. Special thanks to Hazel. Lucy, the lady who is assisting me for the trip was always flexible, guiding properly and even during the trip,she was always available in watsup to enquire about the trip. Highly recommended this agency. They need to look at the quality of guide service provided.

What an amazing holiday! Thank you helloVietnam! We have been home 2 weeks now and I can't stop reliving our experience. Ms Huyen and her staff continually kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy and being looked after, no change was too difficult for them. Ms Huyen even invited our tour group of 6 to her home for dinner with her beautiful family, which was lovely and so generous of her. The itinerary was perfect I can highly recommend starting at Ho Chi Min and travelling north to end up in the more scenic city of Hanoi and Halong Bay. Hoi An was our favourite and would be happy to stay there longer. Next visit I would like to add in Sapa too. Our guides were lovely, Han in Ho Chi Min and Jenny in Hanoi who spoke English very well and had plenty of local knowledge and very keen to answer our myriad of questions. We were sorry to leave them - Jenny called us 'My family'! Our accommodation was very good, we chose 4 star. Sometimes not as close to the shopping or market areas as the 3 star homestay options were, we checked these out too and our other tour companions who chose 3 star were happy and if they needed a change Ms Huyen attended to their requests with no fuss. The only accommodation we all queried was in Hue where the homestay wasn't up to standard and the 4 star Riverside resort was too isolated. But over all we were extremely happy that we chose helloVietnam and the Passionately Vietnam Tour. The buses were new and clean and the drivers were expert. We wouldn't want to see Vietnam any other way they made it so easy and we saw and did so much that we couldn't have done on our own. Well done Ms Huyen and thank you to you and your team.

I don’t usually write reviews but just a quick thank you to all the guys at hello Vietnam for making my trip amazing! I have not been anywhere in a while and now I have the travel bug! Myself and a few friends decided to bite the bullet and travel here and we choose Hello Vietnam as they seem to have extensive knowledge and some good packages! We explored from the South to the North of Vietnam in 14 days which I was dreading to cram everything in but it did not feel like that at all. everything was paced over a nice easy time frame so we got to soak up all the places we visited ! I loved Ho Chi Minh city too many things to see and do but it’s such a vibrant eclectic city! Find what you like and this city will have it from bars to peaceful cathedrals ! Love the markets! My favourite was Da Lat peaceful and serene place with some of the best food I’ve tasted! . We had the best experiences about Vietnam because we had a local tour guide who understand clearly what are the specialties of their regions. They are very humble ! This is always an advantage as not a lot of people speak English and just helps to visit places like a local! The guide team is very friendly, helpful and interesting. Food was great and the flavours were an awakening to your senses food was too good! Above all this was an amazing trip and can’t praise it enough! Definitely recommend Vietnam as it has everything !

Only with 12 days my family can explore almost the North of Vietnam with Hanoi, Halong bay, Sapa, Ninh binh, ect. We have a lot of wonderful experience with the local culture, the way they eat their foods, the way they celebrate their festivals. The price is so good for the quality of the services. I will come back Vietnam to explore the South and hellovietnam will be my choice.

We have experienced the trip some weeks ago. The itinerary was terrific and suitable for all couples or families. All the food were really great. The staffs are informative, friendly and helpful. Surely I will choose Hello Vietnam again for my next trips :)
