We enjoyed everything about the day.The two hour boat trip was wonderful if not a little two long.We were not hassled by vendors nor asked for tips.They seem to have this under control now.Also the temple was interesting. Food in the restaurant was average.Myonly complaint was after two hours on the boat we went to the meeting point and found no guide.We searched and asked for help difficult with the language barrier.After one and a half hours waiting the guide arrived .We under stood he was guiding seven of us and not the other group on the bus that had their guide.If he had explained earlier we would not have been so worried.The boat was great.

Travelled from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh city via Halong Bay and a Mekong river cruise. Amazing attention to detail for every single aspect of the tour. Our designated cruise director, Thien was absolutely brilliant and could not have been better organised, kinder or more efficient. I highly recommend this company. Hadn’t heard of them before this trip but will,definitely go with them again.

Boat ride was a bit long, but enjoyed. Was great trip not many tourists due to the Corona virus effects. Lunch was excellent and so is tour guide Thành was.

I did this trip with my family, and we are not happy at all with this tour, it was much more worse than expected. First of all, in the pagoda the guide was almost running from one side to another, without giving us time to even take pictures. Apart from that, not only the food but the place where we had lunch was horrible, the worst I’ve eaten in a lot of time. The visit to Trang An not so bad, eventhoug there were too many tourists. My two sons and I had a great experience. Thanh and the company took care of our allergies and he was knowledgeable, warm, friendly and had many great tips. He was also great with my kids and their questions. We chose the 4 hour version but for a day trip and young kids it was perfect. Our boat was a bit tired but good value for what we paid.

Itinerary was excellent, tour guide follow schedule no late in the activities.(Tanh) He's very professional and good English communication. He did his best in our tour as we are 31 peoples in the group, kudos!

I had good experience to join this relaxing trip.the tour guide named Thánh is very friendly and very professional to introduce historical building of Bai Dinh Pagoda. The boat riding is very relax.

Bai Dinh pagoda is amazing place, it can stay for one day trip. This time I didn't have time. Trang An is very relaxing. Our tour guy is very friendly and profession. I had good experience.

The tour was very interesting and we got to see many different sides of Hanoi. Our guide Hung Hoang was professional and took us safely and quickly to all the destinations.

Really fun day with group of 11. The tour guide Mr Hung is friendly, funny and helpful. Hoa Lu ancient city not so much to see. The Mua Cave and Tom Coc a must see.

We toured Vietnam with our guide- Mindy who was very humorous and showed us around hanoi city. She was very positive and super knowledgeable, I highly recommend this tour :)

Excellent full day tour of Vietnam's capital! Guide, named Hung Hoang, aka "Mr. Hero", spoke great english and had a great sense of humour. He was enthusiastic and very welcoming and knowledgable, full of suggestions of places to eat and offered to drop me off in the city instead of at my hotel outside of the city. As for the itinerary, the tour visited several interesting sites with lots of time to explore on your own. Great option if you have limited time in the city! Highly recommend!

It was a very memorable trip to Ninh Binh and very good about the arrangement of coach . Very good experience.
