We come into their office by chance and we couldn’t have been more lucky. We booked a bus ticket from Hanoi to Luang Prabang in Laos. Halley managed to organize with the bus company for us to get on the bus in Ninh Binh so no need to come back to Hanoi. She kept in contact with us until the day of the travel, making sure the bus come to pick us up at the established hour. Due to the holidays, we had a problem with the bus company and they managed to solved it out always in good terms and communication, even late at night. We highly recommend the service offered by this company where clients are appreciated and considered.

I already took a Hanoi - Sapa bus ticket for 14th of Jan, unfortunately, my friend had a fever, so we changed our plan. Instead of Sapa, Hue was the next destination in which we decided to visit. The staff was so nice and professional. She always smiled and helped us without complain.

Spent the day in the ancient city of hoa lu and tam coc. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable and kept us entertained throughout the whole journey. My favourite was the tam coc boat trip. It was very beautiful and scenic. We had a comfortable journey via a private mini bus. Booking was easy and straight forward via viet lux travel. Would reccommend.
