Our experience with Silversea Cruise was very bad. We booked a cruise for two days in Ha Long Bay, staying one night in a small island. One month before the trip we got a message saying that this Island was closed because covid and they changed to 2 nights inside de boat. Then we found out that this was a lie, because de bungalows are still open. But that was not enough and two days before taking the cruise they said yo us that Silversea Cruise had some technical problems so they changed again to Shapphire Cruise (same company but less category) and justo one night. I have to say that We didn’t have any problem with Sapphire Cruise, the staff was very good and the food too, maybe a little dirty some places, but all good in general. The way they handle all the situation was very bad and we felt all the time that they we’re lying to us.

We booked through one of the many travel agencies in Hanoi. Our first cruise was cancelled because of a corona virus scare, but Silversea Cruise honored our booking the next day. We were relieved and our tour guide Noi was very helpful, friendly and informative. The ship was beautiful and clean, our room was comfortable and clean and the staff was kind and professional. The trip had many great activities and was also very relaxing. We would do it again! Highly recommend.

We booked three day trip. Noi was our tour guide and made extra effort to fill us in on local history and surrounding area. The rest of the crew were also incredible. Really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Boat was really clean. Stayed in a twin room which wasn't too cramp. Loads of food at meal times and the excursions were not too long. Definitely recommend.

Noi our tours guide a a leading person in coordinating everything for us from the time of our booking with Silversea Cruise. He personally picked us up from the hotel and gave us a lot of insights about Vietnam and its visiting sites. He was with us for the rest of our entire trip. Very friendly staff. Quite accommodating. Clean. Delicious breakfast. Staff is multi-skilled. Morning Tai-chi was good. Good English speaking guides. We had a party of three vegetarians who loved spicy food. Power’s chilli powder was a life savor! Glad we chose SilverSea for our 2 night - 3 day Halong bay cruise in Vietnam!

Everything was perfect and especially our tour guide Tony helped us with everything and make us feel excellent and like home ! The crue member was friendly and recommend to everyone !

We booked a 2 day 1 night cruise for Halong Bay with Silversea Cruise. We had an amazing time with great food and hospitality. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was fantastic. A special mention to our guide Tony. He was very friendly and told us a lot about Vietnam through out the trip. We were here to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. The cruise decorated our room and really looked after us very well. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

We booked Halong Bay Silversea Cruise. we really enjoyed it. Nice boat, good food, with friendly staffs. All of activities well organized. Our tourguide Duy , he is very funny, tell us alot stories and information about halong bay. Highly recommended to everyone!!!

Very nice experience, good value for money. We were upgraded as we were meant to be on their other boat, on the Royal Palace Cruise. We had the chance to experience the suite which was comfy, with a balcony yet a bit loud at times (because of the motor) but it is not a bother at night. The food was generous and tasty. The staff let us relax on the first day on the boat, we did not feel pressured to go to the activities. The second day we went to the visit of the surprising cave and enjoyed it despite the crowd. We enjoyed our two days a lot. Have in mind that you are going to take the same itinerary as lots of different boats so it does feel crowded most of the time on the bay. The landscapes are yet fantastic and to see once for sure.

We had a nice stay and especially the food was great. They have a lot of program and try their best to provide a enjoyable tour. Our guide Noi was very kind and it was fun doing this trip with him. Note that you have to pay 20$/person for the transfer from Hanoi and back.

We had two great days here. The boat is very nice, rooms are big with a great bathroom and spacious shower. Food was great, lots of options both vietnamese and european. Staff are always trying to help, they smile a lot. Noi is a great host, he made our trip excellent.
