          Fun experience
Apologies but I only did a half day tour with them. It was excellent. Great leisurely way of seeing the town. They were very safe and courteous. Seemed to be a popular way for groups to see the town before revisiting those areas & attractions they wished to see again.

          A Must-Do for Hanoi!
My friends and I decided to book this tour to help us see all the major attractions/ landmarks in Hanoi with a local who could answer our questions. We got that and more! Our tour guide was extremely thorough, friendly, easy to understand, and genuinely was a pleasant man to spend the day with. He took the time to explain much of Vietnam's history and culture while also showcasing all this wonderful city has to offer! A pleasantry that we were not expecting was the air conditioned van that took us from one spot to the next. Will be recommending this tour to everyone I know who is headed to Hanoi !

Tam Giang Lagoon Is Very Beautiful
I have not taken the trip through this company, so I can't tell you if their service is good or not. However, what I can tell you is that Tam Giang Lagoon is very very beautiful. I was born and raised in Thuan An, which is surrounded by the water. The east of Thuan An faces the ocean, the west faces Tam Giang Lagoon. Thuan An has the best of both worlds. Growing up I watch sunset and sunrise on the lagoon or on the beach almost everyday. Absolutely gorgeous!

          Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos holiday
Huy from HGH travel organised a 23 day tour through Vietnam, 5 day tour in Cambodia, and 8 days in Laos for our group of 16 travellers (Vietnam) and 11 (Cambodia and Laos) and did a fantastic job. Everything was well co-ordinated, transfers, check-ins - flawless and seamless. We had excellent, friendly and informative tour guides. Our coach drivers did a fantastic job. All sightseeing tours were a great experience, fun and informative and such a great variety of activities - cooking classes, fishing, a ride in a round bamboo boat, elephant riding in a conservation park, cruising Halong Bay just to name a few. On the days we had a long drive to our next destination Huy organised refreshment/stretching stops en route. I highly recommend HGH travel - their attention to detail is fantastic. I had a most enjoyable holiday. Thanks HGH travel you did a great job organising these tours. Anne W, Caloundra

          Vietnam holiday
My holiday in Vietnam was great thanks to Hue and his team who organised every detail of our group’s trip to a very high standard. We were met on time at every airport or train station and transported very swiftly to our hotels/destinations. Assistance with check-in at hotels and airports was provided which was appreciated as we were often weary. Our friendly tour leaders in different cities had a good command of the English language and briefed us on arrangements for the next day’s activities as well as telling us about the local culture and customs. Hue took care of specific dietary requirements and we visited all the well known tourist destinations during our 24 day trip. We had done great experiences. Thanks Hue to you and your staff for a fantastic holiday. Carol

CYCLING TO THANH TOAN VILLAGE (½ DAY)
The tour started in the busy streets of Hue, but soon we left to a very quiet local road next to the river. The tour includes visiting a small local market, and continuing, always by the rice fields, to the village of Thanh Toan, where we were treated with a cup of coffee, and a sweet made with rice flour and pistachios that was delicious . After the break we continued with the visit to the wooden bridge of the XVIII century and to a Museum of Agriculture where a lovely elderly lady gave us some good explanations of the different processes of rice cultivation. Along our way with the bicycles we could observe family temples and different pagodas. It is definitely a highly recommended tour to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Hue and immerse yourself in the life of the rice field, with the company of an excellent guide like Abby. Cycling to thanh toan village (1/2 day)
We booked an half day tour for bicycling to thanh toan village. The guide was nice but this tour has really no interest. We bicycle a few minues in Hue and then go to a countryside. The destination is a small and very common vietnamese market. The museum is dedicated to the rice culture but really targets tourists. We were back to our hotel 2 hours and 1/2 later, and rather disappointed by this experience.

          A Viator review
We had a fantastic tour with our guide Ngan in Hue city. He spoke English well and knew a lot of the Vietnam history. We enjoyed our ride on the perfume river and visiting the Thien Mu pagoda. Then we headed to Hue's Citadel. Ngan knew so much of the history there which made the visit there so interesting. After, we had a wonderful lunch and visited the Emperor Tu Duc Mausoleum and the handicraft villages and returned to the ship. We had a wonderful day, thank you Ngan.

Half day cycling tour from Hue to Thanh Toan Village with Hue Vacations
Cycling along the busy streets of Hue was a wonderful adventure. On the way our guide Ngoc gave detailed answer to all our questions about daily life, agriculture, about politics and history. His English was excellent! We enjoyed the ride along the country side and the athmosphere at the local market. This cycling tour was a most enjoyable experience thanks to our excellent guide Ngoc! Kaat & Luc from Belgium

          HCMC Siem Reap bus adventure
We booked a private tour with HGH travel from HCMC Vietnam to Siem Reap Cambodia in Dec 2017. A lot was on offer but we selected a few locations. There was no issue with the trip forth and back. The tour consultant was very attentive about the storms news that was going to sweep through HCMC (but it was diverted elsewhere). The driver and tour guide we’re polite, pleasant and accommodating in Siem Reap. Hotel staff were attentive with mosquitos issues and sprayed the room on request. Hotel is contemporary and clean and near Korean eateries, although it’s not near the market, you can get to the market for UD$2-3 by tuktuk. I would go with HGH travel again and highly recommend you to look into it. Tip: Travellers to check date stamp at the custom Vietnam/Cambodia border as a tourist had their expiry year wrong. It got sorted by the bus company but the whole bus got slight delayed. Australian dollar is not widely used in Cambodia. Bring USD and Vietnam Dong

          City tour with cooking class
We took the city tour of Hue with the cooking class. The tour guide, "number nine" was great. He was very interesting and told us things we would never had known otherwise. We toured the citadel and he explained about the emperors in a way that made them really interesting. The cooking class was fun and we will try to make what we learned at home! I recommend this tour to everyone.

          Be careful
We booked the trip to Hue in the internet three days before it started. There was written, the trip costs 88 € p.p. and the driver will pick us up at our hotel in Hue. Our hotel was unfortunately in Lang Co. That is about 60 km away from Hue. One day before the trip, the company called us and said that our hotel is too far away from Hue.They could pick us up from our hotel if we pay 5 $ more per person. We repeated his statement and agreed. The trip was very nice and our guide was professional, friendly and spoke good German. After the trip, on the way back to the hotel, we got an extra bill from the company about 65 $. They said this is for the transportation. We were very shocked about this additional bill. The guide called his boss and we talked to him. The boss spoke very bad English and just said all the time “No, 65 $, thank you”. We were very upset and finally had to pay. So please be careful when you book your trip at HGH travel and maybe insist on confirming additional costs for transportation in a written form prior to the trip to avoid communication problems!

          Relaxing Bike Tour
We went on a very nice bike tour with Hien. His english was excellent and he knew a lot about vietnam, so we learned many things about the country and Hien was able to answer every single question. The bike tour along the river and temples, over a local market and a historic bridge with a museum was very lovely. Hien told us we can stop wherever we like to take pictures or just go for a walk. At the market (we were literally the only tourists) Hien bought some local candies, which we tried at a small cafe, where we sat and talked for a while. It was a great experience to see places in Hue you wouldn't see otherwise. Thanks to Hien for being such a great person.

          Wonderful trip!
HGH was so easy to work with. Every part of my iternrary was well-planned. I went on a trip with my mom and cousin. They helped us book our plane tickets, transportation to/from airports, hotels, excursions, and a driver for 2/3 of our trip to help us get around within the cities. Originally 4 of us were supposed to go and one had to cancel the night before our trip. HGH did their best to help us recoop costs by adjusting hotel rooms(the flight was too late to cancel) -Costs: HGH considered our travel budget and the experience we wanted. We let them know how nice of a hotel we wanted and what our budget was. -Excursions: My cousin and I wanted to go to Halong bay without my mom. HGH was able to find affordable tickets and a great overnight cruise with transportation included. They also offered 2 overnight cruise options to make sure it fit our budget. -Ease of use: a representative from HGH would call to confirm our flights and pickup times with us prior to our flights. HGH gave us excursion options for each city we visited based on what we said we wanted to do. Booking was very easy. -Organization: HGH provided a complete itinerary with flight numbers, dates, and detailed information for each day. One of our flights was moved back by the airline and they provided us an updated itinerary immediately. We had a great experience with HGH. THANK YOU for making my first trip to Vietnam such a wonderful one. It was nice to not have to worry about the details and spend more time enjoying this beautiful country.

We booked a last-minute day trip to Halong Bay through our hotel concierges on Amazing Sails. We are glad that we did it. The service is very good. The activities were varied enough for a day trip. The cook is exceptionally talented. We had a 5-Star Restaurant food for a fraction of the price. He even made each of us a special meal as we each wanted a different thing.
