- Airport Pickup Instruction: 1. Upon arrival, phone/message to Hotline number (WhatsApp) and let us know that you are ready to be picked up. 2. After immigration and collecting your luggage, proceed through the EXIT GATE, directly opposite the MAIN ARRIVAL AREA. 3. Walk along and wait at the MEETING POINT. The driver/Greeter will be holding a name sign. If you do not have a meet and greet service pre-arranged, please call us at the hotline number. 4. Please allow from 5 to 10 minutes for the vehicle to arrive (vehicles are not allowed to stage down in the terminals, all vehicles are in the airport parking area) Remark: 1. If your flight is delayed (flight info is sometimes unshown on the system), please inform us. 2. Waiting time will be 60 mins from PICK UP TIME, if we don’t receive any info of delay/flight change from passenger/head company, the driver will leave, and transfer booking will be NO SHOW with fully charged. 3. Driver waits a maximum of 90 mins if the carrier gets your info about a flight delay or visa process.
