We used VTS through klook on our trip to Hanoi in late February. HAN Airport pickup was perfect. They had a sign in front of baggage claim. It was easy to find. The driver was courteous and helped us with our bags. The drive was comfortable. We also used VTS for transportation back to HAN from the old quarter. They picked us up in front of our Airbnb and coordinated ETA through WhatsApp with the driver. They were perfectly on time. It was another flawless experience driving back. We had an early flight and they were able to pick us up at 4:30am without any issues. It took us 40 min to get to HAN airport and we had plenty of time to checkin. It was a wonderful experience. VTS was perfect for both airport pickup and drop off. I highly recommend.

The service was very good. The drivers were there early and very professional. For our overnight trip (to Cao Bang), they chose a drive that also knew English which was very helpful. He not only drove us but also acted as a tour guide with explanations of places and also great recommendations on places to eat. They also would check in with us throughout the trip to confirm details of pick up and times so that everything ran smoothly. I'd definitely use their services again when I come back.

It was a really wonderful and inexpensive way to get from point A to point B, expeditiously. The service was on time, on the dot; driver was professional yet friendly and the car was very clean, no smoking residue/smell, and I like that it’s driver wore uniform. I booked an airport transfer service with VTS, from hotel (in Old Quarter area) to Noi Bai airport. The car arrived at 5 pm sharp (as per my request). The car is in good condition. The driver is polite and drive carefully. It took 45 minutes to the airport.

I booked this VTS Service for 2 ways. Pick up from airport to Hanoi Town and also Pick up from Hanoi town to the airport. I am very satisfied with the service. The driver is very on time and professional. They can speak very little English but everything was fine. The price was very reasonable with the nice car pick up. Highly recommend for those who are in hurry and does not have much time to wait for Grab or taxi.

I used VTS transport service for pick up our group from hotel to Hanoi airport. They provide big van (Ford Transit) for our group (our group is 7 person). The car is very clean and driver is polite and he can speak English as well. He pick up on time not late. Very conveniences and appreciated that VTS provide and support us.

Im really appreciate with the help of this transfer team as they help to send me safely from Hanoi airport to Hanoi city and vice versa. The driver wait me at the designated area punctually as the time stated in my bookings. They greet us well and help us out with our bags to carry inside the car and drive us safely to our destination. Even though one of the driver I met is a little bit more aggressive in driving but still acceptable for me as this might be the driving culture in Hanoi. Close your eyes, believe the driver and enjoy the ride. Overall, is a good and comfort experience. Once again great work to the team and keep up the good work.

I had just engaged VTS for my recent hanoi trip between 4th jan to 8th jan 2020. Right after I booked, I get a text from Kaylee who sent me a detailed instruction to meet the driver. True enough, it was a breeze from the airport and I had no issues finding the driver. Driver was on time and a good attitude. Journey to the hotel was excellent. Ride was smooth. Engaged them again for the transport to Halong Bay and back to hotel. So far it had been easy and no fuss. Will definitely reccomend to the my friends and do try them out!

The driver was on time. He was very courteous and had very good knowledge of which route to take. He dropped us to the right spot on the Airport and helped us till the Airport departure gate.

After deciding to not opt for a massively over priced hotel pick up, we opted instead to use these guys. The service confirmed our arrival and was there waiting for us on arrival. The driver was very friendly, drove safely and even helped us pop by a convenience store for some snacks. The following day we took a day trip to Hoi An and he was there afterwards to collect us and whisk us back to the intercontinental. The final day we opted to go to the airport using the same service and dropped by a bakery for breakfast. They coordinated with me on Viber (or your preferred online messaging app) a day before my trip for the confirmation of the date and time of pick-up. Though I requested to be picked-up super early at 4:35AM from my hotel because I have an 8:15AM flight back to the Philippines, they still accommodated my request. The driver assisted me with my luggages. He didn't asked for tips but I gave him one anyways for being punctual (it was still dark outside and not a lot of cars or people were around. Plus, he was still sleepy) and for helping me with my bags. Will definitely book with them from now on whenever I visit Hanoi every now and then. They are LEGIT! So glad to have found them. Thank you!
