Minh our guide was great. We did this tour on our 1st night and it was a great way to get an overview of Hanoi. Nice pace and lots of stops at different places to try the food. Loved everything 😋😋😋

We had a great day. Everything went smoothly, from pick-up to tour guide and food. The boat was good but not great. Comparede paid, it was truly well worth a single penny. It is really sad to hear the bay got some damage from the storm. Our trip was stunning.

It was an amazing experience in Hanoi. Our guide Harry did an excellent job; he had extensive knowledge about the attractions in Hanoi and explained all our questions in a clear and humorous manner. The itinerary was very well-organized, making us feel comfortable and not bored. Harry also took us to experience a variety of Hanoi's specialty foods. Honestly, if we had to find these authentic places on our own online, it would have been very challenging. Both my spouse and I particularly enjoyed the egg coffee; it was truly delicious and unique. Thank you to Vietnam Tour Tailor and our guide Hung for providing us with such wonderful experiences in Ha Long. The car and guide arrived punctually at our cruise ship, which was great because we didn’t have to travel to a crowded meeting point. We were taken aboard a clean wooden boat exclusively for the two of us, and we began a 4-hour tour of the bay. We were lucky that we visited the bay while there were not so many people as they may be afraid of the Yagi storm's destruction. The boat we went to was not in trouble but we did see many of them parking and getting repaired . Both caves were truly beautiful, with limestone formations creating impressive natural sculptures rather than human-made ones. Throughout the trip, Hung was very enthusiastic, sharing interesting details about the caves and the small islands we passed by. Although the schedule was tight, we managed to experience the best sights of Ha Long Bay. Additionally, the lunch on the boat was excellent, featuring fresh seafood and green vegetables, which made the trip truly complete. We had to book lunch the day before the trip and they sent us menus to choose from. Lots of rubbish was still floating on the bay but we saw many boats collecting them on our journey. It would be much better and nicer to come back to Halong bay in the near future and see the greenness of the bay. Overall, we are very satisfied with this trip and appreciate the team very much.

After visiting Ninh Bình, we continued with a tour to Ha Long Bay organized by Vietnam Tour Tailor. The company arranged for us to have an excellent guide, Minh. He spoke fluent English and was also very humorous; his explanations about the sites in Ha Long Bay made our trip both enjoyable and comfortable. The day before our tour, there was heavy rain, and we were quite concerned. However, Vietnam Tour Tailor kept us updated on the situation so that we could fully enjoy our trip. Fortunately, on the day we went to Ha Long Bay, the weather was very pleasant, the sea was clear, and we visited Suprise Cave and many other islands. We even had a sumptuous lunch on the boat. Thank you, Minh and the organizing team. We will definitely return in the near future.

A day trip to Ninh Bình was fantastic. The transportation and guide arrived on time, both at the start and end of the tour. Our guide, Ken, made our trip complete; he told funny stories and answered all our questions in fluent and clear English. Since I often sit for long periods while working, this tour was a great opportunity for physical activity with rowing and hiking. I sweated a lot, but I slept very well that night. My family also enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the food; we had a hearty lunch. In conclusion, I will definitely recommend this trip to my friends so they can have as wonderful an experience as my family did.

We had a private boat for only 2 of us; the boat was nice and clean. Very large for only 2 of us. We had a great time over Halong bay with this short tour, our guide Tim was excellent and enthusiastic. He explained to us about Halong bay and had great stories about the 2 caves. We chose to visit the tunnel on a small boat rowed by a local villager. Kayaking would be fun but would be quite challenging for the short tour. There was no beach visit in this tour, it is understandable for this short tour. The best part of the tour was the visit to 2 caves, we managed to see both of them. The 2nd cave would be very challenging for older and kids less lighted and decorated.

We decided to choose Ninh Binh for our last days in Vietnam. Thanks to our guide, we gained a deeper understanding of the Trang An cultural heritage, which was incredibly beautiful. I also enjoyed the local specialties and bought some as souvenirs. Although it felt a bit crowded when we were on the boat, everything was generally great

Ha Long Bay is stunning, with its limestone islands and wonderful cave, cool beach. Additionally, the nice food and attentive service made the experience truly wonderful and unforgettable. Our family's experience visiting Ha Long Bay was fantastic. I was quite hesitant about booking the tour because it seemed much cheaper compared to other tour agencies but it turned out to be the right choice. Our family had an amazing experience. We had a boat in Halong bay for only us. It was large and nice. Totally it was very good and we had a great day.

HaLong Bay is very beautiful. My family had a wonderful experience here. John was our guide and he was enthusiastic and spoke fluent English, meeting our expectations and needs. The experience was well worth the price. We visited both caves, the second cave was larger but not lighted and more adventurous. It was a great experience.

For the first time, we visited Halong Bay, and I was amazed by the beautiful scenery here. Our guide was Wendy, who was very enthusiastic and friendly. She took us to see stunning caves and interestingly shaped rock formations, and he patiently taught me how to kayak. The lunch was delicious and suitable for vegetarians. The trip is definitely worth experiencing.
