An excellent full day tour ! The company stayed in contact via WhatsApp from the moment we booked , on arrival at hotel and at the end of the trip to ensure full satisfaction. Our day guide Mr Kenny was outstanding, very pleasant guy , very knowledgeable and took pride in what he does ensuring a multilingual satisfaction for all approach ! Couldn't have asked for a better guide ! The trip itself is incredible! We done this on vietnams independence day so attractions were busier than normal but vietnam has its own way of dealing with this so we never noticed and delays . The landscape is just beautiful. The Pagoda and Bai dinh is a must when seeing this country . The boat trip throughout this land was certainly a highlight and the free supplied umbrella was very welcome in the 40c+ heat whilst on this ! A special mention to Mr Driver who expertly navigated throughout 100% recommend 👌

What a wonderful experience!!! Exceeded our expectations...we were a little concerned about what it would be like after reading some reviews about the area and the amount of plastic etc in the water. But, we were not disappointed!!! Probably helped that we travelled in low season with less crowds and boats. The Orchid Classic Cruise was amazing, our suite spacious and the most beautiful views!!! The staff and service we could not fault, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the trips they organised, kayak, cave, swimming on a small beach...The boat manager Mr Bang was extremely helpful and kind. Chris, our waiter throughout the cruise a joy. David, our guide to the village very informative and funny!!! Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed our 1 night cruise around Halong Bay. We had a suite with an extra bed for our son which was huge, with large bathroom and balcony. Food was lovely and beautifully presented. The staff worked so hard to make sure we have an enjoyable stay. We loved the cooking demonstration and our 16 year old son had ago at making Vietnamese spring rolls. Lovely sunset cocktails.

It's pretty good considering I normally stay away from cruise options. The boat itself is nice though basic. I had a lower deck cabin without a balcony but it was comfortable. The crew were very friendly and helpful. Food options are good too though bar prices bit high.

The trip was amazing! The boat was really nice and so were the rooms. But above all…what an amazing, warm and friendly crew. We would like to thank you all. Great experience. Our guide, Willy, was very helpful and caring making sure everyone followed the group. Cruise was good ( just a lot of people in a line for food so it seemed like some of main dish was not enough). Drinks on a boat quite pricy. Bus was cold. Place where we could choose btw hike and man made beach was good. But if you choose hike, it is a hike😁. Family enjoyed it.

An awesome trip and lovely way to explore Halong Bay. Boat was well equipped, clean and tidy. We were fortunate to have a balcony room and the room itself was spacious. We had a long wait for the bus back to Hanoi after the trip but that was unavoidable. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Only criticism was that the bar closed early. By 10pm we had one young bar lady in her pjs who obviously just wanted to go to bed.

The cruise itself was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the meals were incredible with more courses than I could even finish. However they only provided 2 free bottles of water per person for the whole trip. Which is not even close to enough to stay hydrated when it's 40 degrees outside. We were forced to buy every bottle we needed after our freebies, which is ridiculous. 29k per bottle.

The places were beautiful and the trip was well planned and amazing.. My tour guide Minh was excellent to understand my need and accordingly he planned the ride.

An amazing journey through the wondrous Ha Long bay. The trip is one night but is actually lots than 24 hours and can be a bit rushed at times. The staff are amazing, the food is second to none and the rooms are incredible. Experience this cruise, you won’t regret it.

I have been on many cruise ship around the world, this cruise “Le theater Cruise“ . The room is small, they provided the worst buffet food I ever had. I can see only few basic food: fried rice, potatoes…chicken. The food does not taste good and it ruin my vacation. The travel agency advertising about the swimming pool on the boat, turn out it is just shadow 1 foot deep. I paid $320 usd (7.2 million ) for 1 night/2 persons. It is a riff off. Don’t come here. It is not worthy. Bạn không nên tham dự chuyến tàu này. Tàu cho đồ ăn rẻ tiền và không ngon. Tôi đã bị lừa, hy vọng các bạn không bị lừa như tôi. Tôi đã trả 320usd (7.2 triệu) cho 2 người/1 đêm.

It was a fantastic luxury experience. The ship was fantastic, clean , well appointed and comfortable as were the rooms. We opted for a luxury room which was amazing , with a balcony which had spectacular views even from the bathroom. The activities were great and the food plenty. Thank you to Tom the cruise director and Candy our waitress who made the whole experience special.

Elite of the seas was an incredible way to see Halong bay. Quite a long transfer from Hanoi but we were very quickly taken out to the boat and experienced a friendly welcome and delicious lunch. Cruise director Harry. our amazing butler Alee, tour guide Rachel and the whole crew look after our every need admirably. Certainly a little pricey but well worth the extra money for unbridled luxury on the ocean.

My experience in the elite of the seas was extraordinary. The view was truly mesmerizing, followed by the awesome hospitality provided by the staff here. The trip was relaxing and I definitely recommend halong bay elite of the seas . Although we stayed in the cruise for only 2 days, leaving seemed hard and we even got emotional. I love elite of the seas cruise a lot! Best trip ever!

First time visit to Ha Long Bay, where the views were amazing, however the Hera Boutique Cruise are a very budget level boat. Quite an old boat in need of a renovation and any photos on the web are only of the Hera La Grand boat. Tiny cabins with old mould filled split system airconditioning units needing a good clean as did the black mould in the shower of the reasonable size ensuite. The food on the boat which included breakfast, 2 lunches and a dinner were of good standard mostly Vietnamese. The crew and staff were all friendly and helpful not all could communicate well in English. Special mention of the set course menu for dinner of which l will include photos was well thought out and delicious. The setting on the rooftop deck was magical. Would recommend for the budget concious not for those seeking luxury.
