This excursion was unforgettable! Mr. Giang, our guide, was great, he was well-versed in the indigenous way of life. When my husband felt ill during the trip, Mr. Giang was very gracious to look after us and was flexible and helpful in re-arrangin the routes so that we could come back to the homestays early while still seeing as much as possible. Mr. Duc was a fantastic driver. He was fantastic with us, constanly stopping to see sights and view, and we always felt safe.

We were in short time and decided to booked a day trip to Mai Chau with Jack from Bamboo Advantures Vietnam. Jack quickly responded to us via Whatsapp and confirmed the trip immediately with everything well arranged. We were so lucky with the weather and had a great time to enjoy the local lives of ethnic Thai people, as well the rural air in Mai Chau arena. Highly recommend !

We were lucky to have Mr. Lee as our guide for out 7-day loop trip to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Falls, Cao Bang and Ba Be Lake. He was incredible, the best guide ever: kind, patient, humorous, and well informative. He provided us with the opportuinity to meet individuals from several ethnic villages and learn more about their culture. We also thank our driver - Mr. Duc who did a great help to safety transfer us to Hanoi to these isolated locations, along the Chinese border, and to enjoy numberous wild and stunning views. furthermore, the homestays and hotels were all best chosen. We really appriciated !

We had a great time with our guide Linh form Bamboo Advantures Vietnam on our excurision to Ba Be Lake and Ban Gioc Waterfall. The scenery was beautiful, and the Linh was clearly passionate about his country. The excursion is a long drive from Hanoi, making it less commerical compared to Sapa, Halong Bay. Because it is not overrun with tourists, the neighborhood retains its uniqueness. We had planned to do three-day trip, but Jack from the office advised me to extend it to four days in order to fully visit the regions. And he gave us sound advice. Thank you very much!

We had one free day in Hanoi during our trip in Vietnam and we booked a day trip to Mai Chau with Bamboo Adventures Vietnam. The natural splendor of Mai Chau was amazing, with vivid rice fields and beautiful limestone mountains making a breathtaking panorama. Our knowledgeable tour guide, Ivan, offered interesting stories with us, enriching our trip. The highlight was meeting members of the local White Thai community. Visiting their houses provided an authentic glimpse into their lives, and despite the language barrier, our children formed relationships. The local cuisine offered was a delectable voyage through Vietnamese flavors. Biking around the villages was a leisurely pleasure, providing views into rural life and showing the beautiful surroundings. Our Mai Chau vacation provided us with priceless family moments as well as a deeper cultural appreciation. Thank you and highly recommend!

Jack from Bamboo Adventures Vietnam customized us a great 5-day hiking adventure in Sapa and Bac Ha. The overall experience was beyond our expectations, and with the help of our 15-year experienced guide Giang, the trip was most perfect. We did averagely 18-20 km off-beat trekking per day because we are such an active family with a passion for adventure and natural landscape. The trip to Ba Be lake and Ban Gioc falls was one of our best time during our trip to Vietnam. The regions are truly unexplored and less-touristy. We had a lifetime opportunity to enjoy the nature and stay with local ethnic Tay and Nung minorities. Everything was perfectly organized. Our guide Minh was the best who took great care of us and showed us everything about the places with stories that we may never know if we didn't do the trip. In my opinion, if anyone would like to do this trip, you should expand to 4 days to enjoy more and cut short the driving because it is such a long way, and a little in rush for 3 days. However, overall, the trip is worth doing when you travel to Vietnam but are in short of time.

Very fun trip to Ban Gioc waterfall with Son from Bamboo Adventures Vietnam. Son was very caring, speak excellent English and he knew everybody in the local areas we visited, which help us to connect with them. We love so much the local lives and the breath-taking landscape in Ban Goc waterfall area, as well as the rural peacefulness in Ba Be Lake. Highly recommended this trip and Son as tour guide

We had a fun 3-hour experience in Hanoi with Bamboo Adventures - Hanoi street food tour. Our guide Ngoc took us around the Old Quarter and let us try all the best local food in Hanoi, and explained to us the history, culture and people there. It was so amazing short walking tour. A must!

This was our second trip to the mountainous areas in Northern Vietnam. We chose Pu Luong to see the heritage rice terraces and hike from villages to villages. The tour was well organized from the first to the last day. Guide Tuan was very caring, knowledgeable and had an amazing hiking skill.

I had a memorable time with Bamboo Adventures Vietnam on my solo day trip to Ninh Binh: visit Hoa Lu, Mua Cave and boating as well as cycling in Tam Coc. The day was such relaxing and interesting. Thank to my guide Trang for her knowledge and carings. Highly recommend!

I visited Northern Vietnam again and did a solo trip to visit Ha Giang with Bamboo Adventures. Even with only me in the trip, everything was well-organized and I had the feeling of being welcome by all the friendly people during my tour, from the super guide Jack to all the local hosts. Food was incredible and typical of Vietnamese taste. I loved the trip and highly appreciated the arrangement from Bamboo Adventures.
