Conical Travel organized our wonderful two-week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Jack from the company was fantastic. He made certain that the entire trip went smoothly and provided us with some very useful tips. He made certain that we had everything we needed. Everywhere we went in Vietnam and Cambodia, our guides and services were excellent. Every four-star hotel that we requested exceeded our expectations. We first contacted Jack from Conical Travel to inquire about the 6-day trip to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Falls and Ba Be Lake. Jack was very nice with his prompt response and customized us the trip into a 10-day trip including some extra days for trekking and kayaking. The adventure was incredible. We went along the border with China and had the very chances to see the unspoiled landscape, local ethnic minorities and learn about different things in different places we visited. And we never forget to thank our super guide Ivan and skilled driver Hung for their great help to turn this magical trip into unforgettable experiences.

Ngoc took us around the Old Quarter of Hanoi for the unique evening walking street food tour. It was such an amazing experience, especially for foodies like us. We had chance to try 8 different local food and Ngoc explained us elaborately about the significant stories behind each kind of food we tried. The tour was such a good chance to enjoy the nightlife of Hanoi as well, however, if you are not too afraid of the scooters :)). Thank you and highly recommend!

We did this 1 day excursion with Hue Vacations in the heat of July, our guide Dang was very good, communicated well in English and gave us a good and interesting commentary. Whether it was luck or good planning the trip was well balanced to help with the heat, it also seemed to miss the big tourist buses particularly at the 2 Kings Tombs which for us were the highlights. We were so glad we had chosen a small group tour (6 in our van) as there was at least some control over timing and photos etc. verses the big buses. The trip ran to schedule and as per the advertised itinerary with of course hotel pick up and drop off. Generous lunch and all admission fees included. day capturing big pieces of Hue.

The trip was so enjoying and amazing with a lot of experiences that we cannot join if we don't go to the areas. All the places we visited were truly unexplored with very few tourists. We love the landscape, the local food, ethnic cultures. Highly recommend this trip.

We had such a right choice to choose our transfer from Hue to Hoi An by this fun Jeep trip. It is worth every penny indeed. The Jeep tour was very unique and we had the true feelings of adventure, as well as enjoyed every beauty of the landscape on the way. The part we loved most was Hai Van Pass. Our driver Son speaks English excellently and explained us everything with his knowledge and sense of humor. We can't recommend this perfect activity any more.

My wife Mary Lou and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day Majesty of Untouched Northern. Vietnam Tour with our guide Mr. Le and our driver Mr. Quyet. Mr. Le has boundless energy and his enthusiasm and knowledge of his country and its people was impressive. Mr. Quyet was very adept at the wheel on some incredibly challenging roads. Both gentlemen were friendly and were sensitive to our preferences and needs…..always considerate of our advanced years and concerned with our well being. Our overnights in three home stays were most enjoyable and we were made to feel part of the family. All in all an excellent experience in gorgeous Vietnamese countryside.

Fantastic trip!!! Our guide Mr.Lee and driver Son were friendly, helpful, and professional. The meals and accommodations were excellent.. They constantly provided us with excellent information about the places we were seeing, as well as food recommendations. Walking through the rice fields, visiting the villages, boating on Ba Be Lake—everything was wonderful, and we wish to highly suggest this excursion to everyone!

The 5-day loop trip was perfect. Jack from Conical Travel was very helpful to arrange us everything and even upgrade our accommodations to 5 star as we requested. We contacted Jack while we were developing our trip plans to visit SE Asia and particularly Vietnam. He was indispensable in guiding us to activities that made for us, lifetime memories. We experienced a magical overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, a road trip on the breathtakingly beautiful Ha Giang Loop with homestays, then onto Hu and guided exploration of the royal city and finally to our end destination via a US Army Jeep from the Vietnam war years. Perfection. Couldn’t be any better for our first visit to Vietnam. We had knowledgeable, English speaking guides who were amendable to our needs as seniors and fun to be with. Most remarkable was that Jack checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. We owe a great deal of gratitude for his guidance on making un unforgettable journey into Vietnam.

We had a fantastic holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia with Conical Travel. From the time of booking to the end of the holiday Conical were excellent and provided a great personal service. Jack from Conical was always ready to answer our questions in the run up to the holiday and provided great service whilst we were there as well. We had a really busy itinerary but it all ran like clockwork and every day was special. I can heartily recommend this holiday and Conical Travel.

Very nice experience. The guides are very prepared and have a very good english. We forgot the wallet in the car and the driver give back to the company, and they give back to us in our hotel and it was there Lunar New Year holiday! Thank you so much for your honest and for beying so helpful and kind. It was and amazing day, loved the city of Ninh Binh! No regrets for hiring this Conical Travel, they are the best!

Visited Ba Be Lake at the end of January during the Tet Holidays 2023. Jack was quick in understanding all our requirements and suggesting activities that we could do during our 2 day stay. On the actual travel date, Jack arrived earlier than expected to our place of stay for pickup. Driver Son with his superb driving skills and guide Lilly were excellent in explaining everything throughout our journey during the 2 days. We climbed up and into Hua Ma Cave, stayed at an excellent homestay with a very warm and welcoming family who cooked us vegetarian food, went on the scenic Ba Be Lake cruise, visited Dau Dang waterfall and also walked through a local village. Overall the experience is definitely worth the effort of travelling 300 kms one-way. I would definitely use the services of Conical Travels during my future visits to this beautiful country. P.S - If you're travelling from India, you can skip the village walk since the experience is more raw in India itself.

I booked a cruise to Ha Long Bay and was very pleased. We were picked up from the hotel, transported by coach to the port and from there we boarded the cruise ship. Before arriving at the port we took a break and had the opportunity to find out details about pearl culture. The cruise was very well organized, with a program of kayaking, a visit to a cave, an early morning Tai Chi session, cooking lessons in which the passengers were also involved. The menu was particularly tasty. Also, the guide deserves all our appreciation!

We really enjoyed the north of Vietnam. Very nice landscape and people. I really can recommend to visit this part of Vietnam.
