Jackie was our tour guide and he was great. So kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Made lots of jokes and very helpful with my allergy as I am gluten free and there is not a lot of awareness in Vietnam around this. Highly recommend

Jackie took care of us during this amazing trip! He picked us up, made sure everyone felt ok in the bus, shared free water and was constantly making sure the whole group was following him/his instructions. Halong Bay is beautiful. Jackie gave us some extra info here and there, which added to the experience. Food on the boat was ok, various options, clean, nothing special.

Ha Long bay is wonderful! Moreover, Brian was the most amazing tour guide ever. Not only he explained us the historical and cultural background of the places we visited, but he was also very friendly and caring, everything was very well-organised! We did many activities (hiking, swimming, kayaking, bamboo boat, dancing) and the food on the boat was great. Definitely recommending the experience itself and Brian as a tour guide

It was an amazing experience. A full days worth of activities. The bus was great. It has individual seats, wifi & phone chargers. The views are worth the 3 hour drive. Jacky was an amazing tour guide.
