The bay is already beautiful but the staff made the experience so much better. We were on the 14 bedroom boat and it was the perfect size to have personal space. The boat was absolutely stunning, something I didn’t not expect. I think I spent the first three hours saying “oh my god”. The whole staff were great but Win(server) and Mr Tien(boat manager) were appointed to us so I must shout them out. They were wonderful, the trip was wonderful and the food wonderful as well.

What an amazing trip on a beautiful boat, great day trips and wonderful staff. Rum - what an excellent host for our table. A true gentleman who paid attention to every detail. My wife is gluten free and his determination to ensure she had safe and delicious food was a credit to him. Would definitely do this trip again.

Excellent luxury experience in the magical Halong Bay. From being greeted by the staff (Smiley & Lily) the whole trip was a dream. We were lucky to have booked cabin 202 (the suite) that is at the back of the boat boasting a two sided view of the bay. The bed was round (utter luxury). The size of the cabin enormous. The food was incredible, fresh, authentic and served by the very attentive waiters. We had the lovely Royal serving us whilst on board. A professional waiter with every small detail first class. Royal made our experience of a small luxury boat first class. The onboard jacuzzi was fun. There was plenty of activities from kayaking, visiting a cave, cooking class and fishing. I am honestly overwhelmed with this magical experience.

Tien, the cruise manager, and Elle and the whole staff are fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Food was great (too much). We came for our honeymoon and do not regret one second of it. Hopefully we’re back for an anniversary!

Our stay onboard the Orchid was Amazing, the boat is beautiful and our room was spacious and had great amenities. The views throughout the trip were spectacular especially during the kayak trip through the caves. The food, SO MUCH food and it was absolutely delicious, some of the best we’ve had in Vietnam 5⭐️ Lily was lovely and told us so much about the history of Ha Long bay, Fantastic service from all the staff on board especially Colada who looked after our family and made our stay very special. We would definitely recommend this tour and wish we had booked the extra night!
