Everything was great! Jasmine our cruise director and Jimmy in the dining room were exceptional. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. The sights of Ha Long Bay are amazing! Would definitely do this again.

Extraordinary service. Thank you Lisa, you went above and beyond with everything . I have a food allergy and she made sure I was taken care of. I was on the cruise for my birthday and I felt very special. My room was decorated as well as the table area for dinner. Loved my suite! Being in Halong bay was the best part of my trip, amazingly beautiful. Planned tours are a great, I’m glad I did the 3 day tour. The food was great and the staff attentive and friendly, but Lisa was the best. Thank you!!!! 🥰🥰❤️🇻🇳

The trip was absolutely amazing. Travelling with coeliac disease can be challenging, but Lisa made it very easy! The food was awesome, the rooms were great and the activities were fun. The crew even went out of their way to organise a wedding ceremony for our trip that was super romantic and intimate. Chang and Lisa were super sweet and incredibly professional and made this an unforgettable experience.

Mon Cheri staff is unreal.. everyone on the board is extremely friendly, nice, kind and with a big smile all the time! Room is tidy and luxury just as the rest of the ship is. They notice every little detail and help you to have unforgettable experience. The food is pretty average compare to the rest of very high standard. This was an astonishing experience. The scenery is something else! And the cruise ship was excellent. Service, Food and cabins were just wonderful. Activities like cayaking and a hike to a beautiful cave made the perfect experience complete. Especially my waiter Ducky and our bar man Roy did an excellent job. I can only recommend to use Mon Cheri cruises.

It was a pretty good experience. Although the dinner course meal was a little disappointing, it had a good dish and atmosphere overall.
