A real treat heading out for the full day trip. We ate, hiked, swam, kayaked and visited a cave. Fantastic tour from pickup to drop off. Our driver, Tung, and our guide, Ha, were incredibly kind, patient, and diligent. I never felt rushed and had a fantastic day out. Ha was able to translate Vietnamese so that our lunch guests and the english speaking tourists could communicate which was a wonderful experience. We shared a meal and often clinked glasses (Mo Hi Ba… Zoh). We were also lucky to watch the sunset while on the boat on our way back to the dock.

The views were amazing, good time to go is October because it’s not high season. The service was great, all explained very clearly and a funny and charismatic guide Named Hank. He also spoke German! Highly recommend. All the tickets were included and it was not too crowded.

Service: 1/10 Vietnamese nature: 9/10 Why it’s terrible? 1. They did not provide enough food, so everyone at our table was hungry at lunch. After we requested more food, they gave us two plates: squid and rice. When we asked for specific food (chicken or fish cutlets on the table before), they didn’t have it anymore, so they tried to save money by not buying enough food. When it was time for the snacks (fruits and cookies), I went out to see the fantastic sunset (for just 15 minutes). When I came back, there was no food. LOL, so you need to be on time to get some food on this company's tour. By the way, after we requested more food at lunch, they spoke with each other in Vietnamese, and later, my Vietnamese friend told me that they were discussing us like “they are fools because of that” and other bad words… the level of service. 2. When this guide was trying to tell something to the group (on the boat), he didn’t have any idea if everybody would hear him: every time, he was far from our table, and most of us didn’t hear him. We cannot ask him every time because he speaks from a different side and is not loud enough. 3. Bc of the guide (who didn’t give us in-time entrance tickets) we were the last in the queue at most places of stop (for excursion), that’s why we got stuck on the long stairs and felt heavy rain on our bodies w/o the raincoats or umbrella. I had tonsillitis the next day. But Halong Bay is amazing, and you need to see it; it's my high recommendation.

This trip was fantastic! The views are amazing as you're travelling through all the islands. The kayaking gives a great chance and find some hidden spots you wouldn't see from the boat. Titop island has a lovely viewpoint and the surprise cave is a must see! The bus is very comfy and the boat and it's staff were great! Ben is a fantastic tour guide, very funny and informative! Big thanks to Viet also for driving us around all day!

It must do this tour while visiting Hanoi. The Ha long bay it’s just breathtaking!! I would certainly go back again in a brighter day and would stay for the night. It can be tiring. For those you have fear of entering the cave, please consider it. It’s really going there. Thank you Mr Sun and the team for this trip.

Today, me and my fiancé did a half day trip to Ha Long Bay. We both found this trip very good value for money as you got to see and do so much within the hours that you are there. It starts off with swimming/visiting the beach or a hike to a beautiful view point ( I would recommend if you choose to do the hike to head straight there as it will be less crowded, before other tours start arriving) it will be a little busy on the hike but definitely worth the climb. We then went onto the second island, which is where you will have different boating options here, we did the speed boat choice, and that is not to be skipped on! Couldn't of thought of anything better than speeding over the bay water whilst doing a few quick stop points to learn about some history of Vietnam and Ha Long Bay. We have now arrived at the final spot which was the cave walk, you will walk up, down and through 3 caves and along the way learn about the history of how it came to be as well as interesting facts about all 3 of them, you will definitely leave with more knowledge than when you entered. Overall this trip is 100% recommend you want a nice half day trip and still able to see all the sights, but the trip wouldn't have been made without our lovely tour guide Toan, our coach driver Mr. Cong and the staff on board the cruise boat. Visited the bay and hands down it’s the best place in Vietnam. Special part was the incredibly talented tour guide Kenny. Throughout the day, he kept the spirit was very high and entertained all the groups. Not only provided great information but also insured safety and convenience for everyone. My day trip was a great success and a big part of the tour was the guide Kenny.

Excellent. A wonderful experience. The guide Toan was wonderful and made the trip to Halong Bay perfect. Halong Bay is beautiful… incredible. The cave is extraordinary. A must do trip. There and back in one day from Hanoi perfect for my itinerary and saw everything 🙏🏼

Despite arriving in Hanoi at the same time as typhoon Yazi, we had a great trip. Our guide, Hiep, had to make numerous rearrangements because roads were cut, rivers were flooded, and some planned sights couldn't be reached. Hiep managed lots of last-minute arrangements and always had a smile and a laugh with all the guests on our tour. Between Hiep and our driver, Mr Thunh, we saw a good representation of northern Vietnam. We were taken to lots of places around many landslides and damaged roads but always felt safe and confident in Hiep and Mr Thunh. Fully enjoyed our trip.

It was a compacted, well organised day tour in a decent price. View in Halong bay was stunning, the sea food sets on the cruise was very quality (defo big portions, can't even finished all of them at the end) Done alot just in a day (kayaking, hiking, swimming, cave exploring) it was pretty satisfying. Our tour guide Ken was pretty funny in person, but very considerate at the same time (really made my day) I would really like to join this day tour again with my family or companions.

The view is amazing. Our guide trip, Ken, is so helpful. We had a fun trip thanks to Ken. And the meal was good too. We enjoyed it.

Ken is a good guide, the trip is very smooth and attractive, food is good, we can swim and hike, the weather is sunny but not very hot

This tour was lovely. Coming just after the Typhon we were expecting some areas to be impacted but this was still a great tour with our guide Ken
