Because of the flights being delayed, we arrived in Hanoi at 2 am in the morning. Our agent updated pick up time from the airport and changed schedule for Halong Bay and Sapa by 1 day which allowed us to relax on the first day in Hanoi. LEGEND. Tour was very well organised. We didn’t have to worry about anything. We enjoyed every location we visited. We had enough free time as well. From the moment I made contact with the fantastic Rosie, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was outstanding, Rosie organized everything for us- hotels, internal flights, transfers, tour guides- all we had to do was be in our hotel lobby at a certain time to be collected. It made travelling with our children (9/13/15) so stress free and easy. All of the above mentioned hotels, guides etc were brilliant and made our trip so memorable - we would never have experienced the amount Vietnam has to offer without Rosie and Swallow Travel. We can't compliment Rosie and her team enough and will certainly avail of their expertise and care again in the future.Written August 14, 2023

The bathrooms are poor at best and the one towel you will get smells poor. They only provide AC from approximately 9pm and it shut off before 6am. Itinerary was super with just the perfect amount of time in each place. Rosie was always available via WhatsApp for any queries along with her team in Cambodia . - shepherd970 contributionsExcellent travel company taking care of all logisticsI don't often take the time to write reviews but I need to single out Swallow Travel and Rosie in particular, she organised our 14 day tour of Vietnam and all the varied tours and trips we wanted to do in between, including Halong bay, Nin Binh, Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta... too many to list! Their company is highly professional, very clear, timely and transparent communication. On the trips the tour guides were entertaining and kept everyone in check and more than happy to impart their knowledge about their beautiful country, buses were all clean and air conditioned, hotels were spot on and locations really good as a base to explore by yourself. I did a 14 day tour with Swallow travels and Thuong was a such a good person to deal with she orgainsed all our tour and did such a wonderful job She is honest and sincere. For those who are thinking of doing a tour through them i highly recommend using them.
