Very crowded lobby but everything was efficiently run. If you purchase a ticket on line, show up 15 minutes early to exchange your voucher for the tickets. No need to wait in the long line in front of the ticket window. A staff stands next to the ticket window with a much shorter line to do voucher exchange

The Water Puppets are magical, it's hard to see how it all works, but it does. The Water Puppets are colorful, they are the highlight of any visit to Hanoi.

We had excellent seats and could see everything well, which may have been more difficult further from the stage. There were audio guides which we didn’t buy, but you don’t really need it to enjoy the whole show.
