Alex and the driver were amazing guides, very good knowledge and itinerary. The only thing I would recommend is a shorter boat ride. Other than that, very good value for money!

This day tour was amazing and great if you have limited time and want to explore Ninh Binh and Trang An. Our tour guide Hung was amazing and so helpful, looking after my dad and caring for him during the day, especially going up the stairs on the hike, holding his hand when needed and making sure he took it slowly as he has bad knees. I would recommend for anyone over 60 to take it easy on the hike and you don’t have to go up all the way there are some incredible views at the first point of the hike. Beautiful bike ride to Bich Dong Pagoda and an amazing adventure to see the caves and views at Trang An. Highly recommended this tour and can’t thank Hung enough for all of his help and being such a wonderful tour guide! 😊

We didn't do much research before coming to Vietnam, so thank goodness we stumbled on the link for Amazing Ninh Binh! This has certainly been the highlight of our Vietnam holiday, especially the boat ride through the Trang An caves. Our tour guide, Hung Vu, was fantastic and really made sure we enjoyed our day and had the opportunity to see and do as much as we could fit in. We highly recommend Hung and Amazing Ninh Binh.

Amazing trip! We did the two day, one night package, which is the best way to explore Ninh Binh without feeling rushed. Our tour guide, Alex, was accommodating, gracious, timely, friendly, and brimming with knowledge about Vietnam’s history and culture. All the logistics were handled without us lifting a finger—from hotel pickup to the final drop off, we were pampered. Alex was experienced (I think he has at least a couple of decades under his belt) so whenever we needed to adjust the schedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, he was able to still make the day fulfilling You should be comfortable with biking and doing short hikes in hot weather to get the most of this experience!

My husband and I have been to many other tours in the past, and this was by far our most remarkable, memorable tour! Our tour guide Alex was spectacular and taught us a lot about Ninh Binh and Vietnam’s history. The tour’s itinerary was very thoughtfully created. We saw an amazing bird sanctuary by boat (many birds flying above us and in the trees), a hike that allowed us to see a breathtaking view, bike rides around the town, neighborhoods, rice paddies, near padogas. Alex was able to also really cater to us and our needs and he truly is a one of a kind tour guide!

Our tour guide Tom was absolutely amazing! He was always friendly, happy, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about every site we visited. We had a very enjoyable trip to Ninh Binh. One we would never forget!

We booked this tour through our hotel and had an incredible day. I was initially hesitant about using our only free day up with more travel in a car, but the luxury transport was a game changer! Tom was an excellent guide and picked us up from the hotel right on time. We were lucky as the tour only had one other person that day, so Tom was able to spend lots of time and detailed explanations for us. The whole day went very smoothly and was really well organised. Toms English was really good and he was funny too! Would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you like active sight seeing activities! The stand out activities was the cycling and boat tour!

Best experience in Vietnam has been the one day tour to Ninh Binh with our tour guide Tom. He was a lovely genuine guy with good communication skills.

The entire day trip was great from start to finish. The transportation was in a luxury bus with plenty of space and wifi. The tour guide, Tom, was very knowledgeable and his English was great. Ninh Binh is a must see location - full of beauty and wow moments. For me what really stood out was our tour guide Nien. From the moment he picked us up he was very helpful and knowledgeable, sharing lots of information about Vietnamese culture. His English is really great and there were no communication issues. Mid way into the tour, I unfortunately wasn’t feeling too well due to the heat. Nien went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. He even helped to get a motorbike for me so I didn’t need to keep biking in the heat. I really appreciate having him as a guide and highly recommend requesting him! Thank you so much!
