Halong Bay Day Trip with Jade Sails by Bestprice Travel

I booked this trip rather late after deliberating for several days over which package or trip organiser to go with. The price offered by Bestprice was the best by far, and I had serious initial doubts about the legitimacy of the deal.

My fears were proven unfounded eventually when I finally bit the bullet and booked the trip when I was in Vietnam and had the hotel staff call in to liase for me. Turned out to be the best part of my entire trip in vietnam.

My correspondent from Bestprice was a lady named Kate Bui, who was very helpful to help me to book a trip on a monday when the sunday trip was no longer available.

The limo service they provided got the job done, and the seamless transition from Hotel to Cruise ship was indeed appreciated by the older folks that I was travelling with.

Well done Bestprice Travel. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

2 days cruise to Halong Bay

We have really appreciated the 2 days cruise on Pelican.
Everything goes very well even if the activities (kayaking, Ti Top island..) were so short.
People were nice and very professional.

Beautiful Harlong Bay - take your walking to shoes and swimming togs
Tour operator 'Best Price Vietnam' offered the day trip that I booked. Unfortunately the outline of the schedule was completely incorrect (although they've reassured me that they have updated their promotional material). On the positive side the new highway allows a much faster travel time and Harlong Bay is stunning - truly worth a visit. On the negative - the tour guide was late picking me up and didn't introduce himself, his main task was to ensure that we kept to the schedule! I would have liked to know that there was opportunity for swimming (bring your togs), and that a walk through the caves was on the itinerary (luckily I had appropriate footwear), and that the type of boat was as described! No doubt that Harlong Bay deserves it's UNESCO listing but be careful when choosing a tour operator.

We went starting at 7am from our Hanoi hotel on a 1-day tour of Halong Bay Estella Luxury cruise on 16 Feb 2019 booking with Best Price Travel. At Usd89 it is higher than normal other 1-day cruise. But we spent only 2 hour in a 7-seat very new and luxury limousine from Hanoi to a port and transfer to a cruise boat for 8 hours around the bay area. At 5pm we returned reaching Hanoi around 7pm. Normal tour spend 3 1/2 hours 1-way between Hanoi and Halong Bay.

Azalea Cruise - One night stay
We received outstanding customer care from the moment we booked the cruise. Thompson (travel rep) really helped to plan and make our trip as seamless as possible - even when our internal flight from Hoi An was significantly delayed. The boat and travel to/from Halong Bay were great which made it all the better experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome Mon Cheri cruise around Halong Bay
Booked the 2D1N cruise online and Ms Hera Tran from BestPrice Travel communicated with me. Her customer service is excellent ; very responsive, has good command of English, recommended me a long list of good food places in Hanoi and came by my hotel in Hanoi to meet me. Will certainly recommend friends to BestPrice Travel for such committed staff in your team.

Mon Cheri is a beautiful cruise ship staffed with a great team to ensure the passengers are well entertained. My group of 8 adults enjoyed the activities, eg. bamboo rafting, visit to a cave at Cat Ba Island, cooking demo - fried rice paper spring roll, etc. Halong Bay is really awesome.

Great day trip

A great day trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay. We had luxury mini bus travel on the express way there and back which was well worth it. Driver on time for pick up. Jade sails who we went around Halong Bay with were great. Great service organised by Kate Bui.
