Fantastic experience with Nhi and Tumh! Loved shopping in the market, the boat ride, and the class. It’s a hands on, super fun class and tons of delicious food! We did the morning class, which is recommend, as you get to the market while everything is fresh. Nhi and Tumh are both awesome.

We had a fantastic transfer from Hanoi to Mai Chau. The driver was very professional and a safe driver. There was excellent communication to confirm the pickup time & location the day before our transfer. The driver was also very kind to a passenger who became ill during the trip. The bus was clean and comfortable. This was a really good experience for us as we had recently travelled up to Ha Giang with another company where this was not good! I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Booked with this service due to having the morning transfer available, then the company messaged the evening prior to say we had to travel in the afternoon due to weather concerns (when the fog is the same at 7am & 2pm). We had a flight to catch and so required the morning transfer, and so the company were miraculously able to arrange for the car to depart in the morning as per our booking. Upon arrival it was clear that the service had been overbooked, with not enough room for all passengers & their luggage, & no other passengers had been contacted about travelling in the afternoon due to these supposed ‘weather concerns’. We sat where we were directed to & then the driver proceeded to shuffle us around repeatedly to prioritise the comfort of male passengers, & when we ultimately refused, he yelled & screamed at us & told us he would get our luggage out & leave us on the side of the road if we didn’t move. He then gave my sister dirty looks & said “yuck” at her throughout the drive, constantly scowling at us in the rearview mirror & making us feel very unsafe. We were unable to contact the tour company as the car does NOT have wifi as advertised, and felt scared to do anything other than sit quietly for the duration of the drive for fear of being left on the side of the road. Furthermore, the car’s de-mister was not working, and so he drove with the windows open, causing us all to freeze, & constantly wiped the interior window with a towel whilst driving. We were not provided any water. The driver only checked all passengers were in the car some time after leaving each rest stop, & we were constantly worried he was going to take our bags out or leave without us due to his aggressive attitude & repeatedly giving us dirty looks & yelling at us. We felt very unsafe & the service was not at all as advertised. Avoid at all costs!! We booked with Local Tours Halong for the drive from Hanoi to Sapa & had a wonderful experience with them. Worst experience ever with Amazing Nature Travel!

Sometimes, with all the variety of experiences and places, it is easy to forget how great it is when one is simply "a point" - perfect. From logistics and transportatiom on time, to buying products in the market, the stories, the professional explanations how to differ a fresh shrimp from the none fresh, the boat trip, the coconut forest - and into tge cooking class itself, dish by dish, chop by chop, sauce by sauce - perfect. Humor combined with great food - and for us, also a sunny day!

Elisa Heritage tours was amazing. The travel agent set everything up and kept me in touch with the transport bus. The food and tour was fantastic!

Do not book this day tour to Halong Bay. The bay itself is beautiful, but everything about this provider was poor. Transportation was terrible as they pack 8 people in a 6 person van for a 3 hour ride. The van stops along the way and everyone gets out but there is no information given so you get out of the van and do not know what is going on as the driver takes off to go to the other side of the rest stop. During the cruise it was the same, no information given on any of the stops or what the activities are, except for the kayaking. Everyone had to follow the guide as she moved from rowing boat to rowing boat with no explanation, very very unorganized. The food was tasteless and the "Sunset Party" consisted of a small plate with crackers and peanuts and a small cup of tea. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unfortunately my hotel booked me on this tour because the one I wanted was sold out.

Comfortable bus limousine, good driver. Good seats with a lot of space. Operator easily to reach (whatsapp). On the way back from Sapa to Hanoi the bus was too late due to the traffic jam. The operator arranged a private taxi for me, at no extra cost. Good service!

Era cruise was beyond amazing! Duc, Minh and crew were so helpful 24/7 and really went above and beyond! My husband surprised me with this cruise and we stayed in the honeymoon suite which was pure magic! The activities and food was great! My husband and I couldn’t recommend era cruises any higher. 10/10 the best! 🌞

Crazy driver, very dangerous! People were screaming everyone was afraid , people were calling the agency to slow him down, very rude. I am taking the ride today hopefully it will be better …

Very comfortable bus, we traveled smoothly to Sa Pa, the driver stopped for toilet break. I recommend this company, we had the best service with a decent price.

The boat was gorgeous the rooms had everything and more! We visited a beach to snorkel and and kayak which was all included. We had breakfast lunch and dinner both days which was really tasty. The bar had a happy hour where everyone on the boat made friends and played music all evening! The views from the boat were incredible - perfect couple of days to relax if your backpacking round Vietnam. Things to improve: lots of waiting around for boats to come and take us to beaches. Also breakfast was very small.

One of the must do's while traveling in northern Vietnam, Halong Bay was absolutely stunning. We were supposed to do the one day cruise, but unfortunately my husband got sick with food poisoning and we had to cancel very last minute. The company went above and beyond trying to help us and even though they could not compensate the price (totally understandable as we cancelled one hour before) they did everything else. After my husband's health improved the next day we decided to do a day cruise and did not regret it. Halong Bay was foggy and rainy on the day we visited it, but it still managed to amaze us completely. I can only imagine how stunning it would be on a sunny day, as it was so stunning even in poor weather. Our tour guide Duc was an absolute pro and knew loads about Halong Bay and Vietnam. In addition to that he was very nice, helpful and genuine. :) The company has a Whatsapp number which makes communicating with them super easy and they reply fast. Nothing but positive things to say about them. They even arranged us a free ride to the airport from our hotel on our final day in Hanoi due to feeling sorry about not being able to compensate the two day tour we had to miss. Would definitely recommend both the experience and company!

Our tour guide's name was Lee. He was fun, explained the areas in great detail, and was very helpful. He showed my son and myself where to exchange currency at the best rate, I was having back pain from the long flight and he was kind enough to interpret my problem to a local pharmacist who gave me something to help relieve the ache/pain, and his persona was fantastic. the kind of guy you'd want to make friends of. I enjoyed the entire day regardless of my back pain. Lee is the man! I fell in love with this country and its wonderful people.
