Our guide, Misa, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a wealth of historical facts and background information at each site. Despite the tour group being quite large (around 15-16 people), she kept everyone safe, accounted for, and well-informed throughout the day. The organization of the tour was spot on, and we were given ample time to explore each location, soaking in the beautiful views and cultural insights. Misa's enthusiasm and attention to detail made the tour even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about these incredible sites—it's a perfect blend of adventure and education!

We had a great and very relaxing time on our Overnight cruise out to Bai Tu Long Bay. The scenery was stunning even though it had been typhoon damaged. The Cruise staff were great and the food was amazing!! Mike who looked after us was helpful and friendly.

Paradise Cave was breathtaking, the entire path is a board walk to maintain the beauty of the rocks which are well lit. The path is about a kilometer into the cave allowing the crowd to spread out and take photos. It was eerily quiet in certain spots but beautiful. The jungle path to reach the cave was also breathtaking but an easy climb (only a slight elevation all the way up). Phong Nha cave was also beautiful and it was interesting to take a boat that far into a cave. The tour guides and driver were awesome and accommodating. The lunch was great as well. Remember to bring tip money for the rower of your boat and your guides! (Rower tip about 10,000-50,000VND and tour guide about 100,000-150,000VND; rower $0.50 to $2.50 CND and guide $5 to $7.50 CND).

We had the most amazing time at Marble Mountains and Monkey Mountain - our guide Michael was amazing- he really made the whole thing super interactive and was very attentive to the whole group. The value for money with this excursion is really great - we got to try some traditional food which was great, and Michael was really informative throughout the day. Would 100% recommended trying this if you are in Hoi An / Da Nang during your trip!

The trip was fantastic, it all worked out really well. The Victory Star boat was a highlight for the Halong Bay section. We enjoyed the variety of all the activities, knowing enough to know what was going to happen without being told every single little detail, which made it more adventurous and enjoyable. Sad to see so much damage from Typhoon Yagi, especially in Cat Ba Town.

We had a great transfer from the airport to the hotel, the gentleman was kind enough to wait while I got some money at the ATM. Good driver, no issues at all, I only booked one way but I’m going to book the return with them, not worth the hassle of hoping the taxi driver shows up. Great service!

We had an excellent guide who spoke perfect English, as we were the only people on the tour he tailored it to meet our requirements, we'd been to a couple of the places previously, the food was excellent and we arrived at the victory gate as the coloured fountains started. Couldn't have been better.

We took the Paradise/Phong Nha caves day tour which was very efficiently run and Quoc the driver was great. Our guide Tuyen (aka Chocolate) was an absolute delight and very informative and helpful. The caves, particularly Paradise Caves were mind blowingly beautiful. To top things off the lunch was excellent with a wide range of tasty dishes. Highly recommend this tour.

I very much enjoyed this gentle bike tour through the countryside. Lots of stops and interesting things to see. Dung, our guide, was careful to explain everything and went at our pace.

Both me and my partner really enjoyed the tour, we found both the guides really friendly and informative and they were happy to answer all our questions. Also the caves were amazing - we particularly loved the Phong Nha cave We also really liked the pacing of the day and the lunch was delicious!!

We booked the Hoa Lu + Trang An + Mua Cave directly with BC Family Tours and the booking was handled excellently. They were also very flexible (booking on short notice, drop off at another spot). The itinerary is well planned and the activities really worth seeing. However, our guide (Kiên) didn’t explain anything. That was a pity especially at the first stop, as we couldn’t make much out of what we were seeing at the temple complex. Also, he didn’t accompany the group to the other two activities but just gave us directions how to find our way back. The directions weren’t very clear, so it took the group longer to find the way and we were behind the schedule. The tour took place on a national holiday so all the places we visited were more crowded than usual, which made it even more difficult to navigate. There’s a stop on the way from Hanoi which is nice for all those who need a little break, but we were dropped off at a sort of shopping centre were we had to see a presentation of different products and were pushed to buy them. This took almost an hour, so it should be at least mentioned on the itinerary.

We had a great, everything was perfectly organized and went very smoothly. Minh was an extremely well prepared guide and we were impressed how well he managed a group with both Vietnamese and English speaking visitors - he had to say everything in two different languages! We also appreciated very much the flexibility of the provider, as we booked the trip on a very short notice. They weee always available via WhatsApp and answered all questions immediately. We definitely recommend this trip & this company.

Awesome tour, loved marble mountain but would have been good to stay at monkey mountain a bit longer but all in all was a fantastic tour, very informative and our guide was very friendly.
