I used this airport transfer service for arrival to and departure from Hanoi airport. Each time the driver was on time and the ride was without issue. The price was better than what the hostel quoted also. I would recommend this service to others.

This Hanoi car service is the best. Thet met my friend and me off separate flights early in the morning and earlier than booked because they'd checked arrival times. We booked them to take us back to the airport for an internal flight and at the end of our stay and they picked us up on return from Da Nang. For all 4 trips they were punctual, a very fair price and with good safe drivers. Thoroughly recommended.

I had heard a a poor taxi service generally in Hanoi with scams and over pricing.
Actually, this private service was excellent- efficient, friendly and on time. The price was paid via the booking service so no hassle over cash.

Booked this through the Rex Hanoi Hotel. Perfect after such a long journey - 24hrs. Driver was on time and exactly where messaged said he'd be. He was very polite and helpful. The drive was very comfortable too. We felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this. We're using them again to return to airport.

Absolutely useless. They only had one task. To greet us with a sign. No driver no car waiting. We waited 15 mins top sort this out and still no show. Forced to take a normal taxi and received a phone call when half way to the old quarter. Agent on the phone was abusive and rude. Avoid like the plague!!! Refused to refund also.

Hi. I thought you posted this review to the wrong listing. As our driver always waits for the guest, holding a signboard with the guest's name at the arrival hall of the airport since their flight lands till he meets the guest (1-2 hours is ok). Then he will go to the car park to drive the car into the waiting line and pick up the guests with luggage. As the car is not allowed to park at the waiting line more than 5 minutes. So you might post this review to the wrong listing.

The service from the company was excellent. They pick me up exactly where they described the meeting point. The driver (mr. Bihn) was friendly and speaks English trying to communicating with me by explaining the general condition in Hanoi. It's very helpful for me.

My boyfriend and I went to Hanoi in March. We booked the taxi in advance and everything went easy. We arrived at the airport and our driver already waited for us. He spoke English and was very friendly. All in all it was perfect 👍🏼

I used this taxi twice.
The first time was arranged by Booking.com, the second time I talked directly with them.
They were great, always on time, even earlier.
They waited for me while I was getting my visa, on arrival to Vietnam. And they always talked with me through WhatsApp making it very clear where they were waiting etc.
Will use again if I’m back in Hanoi. And recommend!
