The tour was really absolutely great and very well organized for a solo traveler! The tour consists of several individual tours with different groups. You really see a lot of cities and learn a lot about the culture, country and life of the people there. My guide "Jenny" was really phenomenal and I have to say a big compliment and thank you! She organized the trip perfectly for me and was also very flexible when I had other wishes. She has always been very friendly and was almost always available and answered my questions quickly. Your team of guides were great too! I've met so many nice people and I'd like to say thank you to everyone! The hotel selection was also great. The single rooms I had were large and clean and really upscale for the standard! They were always centrally located, which I also found to be practical. Overall, as a woman alone in the country, I felt very safe and comfortable. All transfers from train to flight worked perfectly. There wasn't a single difficulty. I can really recommend the tour to anyone who likes to travel flexibly and more independently! The tour is also great for couples or friends. I was also able to do a lot of things on my own, which I found very pleasant. The groups were always 7-8 people so it was never too much but always just right!! Thank you very much for everything!! I will highly recommend the trip!!

It was an awesome experience end to end right from booking our tour till the end. All the attractions were good, especially the cruise. Alice was our coordinator and she took care of everything throughout. She has planned everything to perfection. One of our morning flights was cancelled during the tour, she has ensured to book flight again and booked us a hotel to stay until our next flight.

We booked a pretty short tour of 8 days but our travels were very efficient and our destinations and tourist attractions were meaningful and enjoyable! It was an amazing experience. Jenny was super helpful with coordination and was always responsive. On top of that, our tour guides on each excursion were excellent. Each day in the first half of the tour was full of different activities. We toured through the major sites to see in Saigon, Hoi An, and Hanoi. Feels like there wasn’t anything we missed. I would defininitely recommend going on this tour if it’s your first time coming to Vietnam.

We planned our Vietnam 9day tour starting at Hanoi, and included halong bay cruise, da nang and hoi an, ho chi min stay. Wife and I travelled with our 1+ year daughter. Things that worked well * Bookings for internal flights * hotel bookings and hotel location. (won't recommend harmony hotel in ho chi minh city though) * car pickup and drops (mostly) Things that didn't work well * Last min cancellation (2 day in advance) of halong bay tour. (we were told cruise cancelled on us as they were having repairs, but we saw the same cruise at halong, surprising emote) * pickup from airport at 4am arrived 30mins late Overall, Jennt did a decent job, handling the cancellations and the delayed cab. With her help and our tripadvisor and klook research we were nonetheless able to make this a great trip :)
