Great way to explore Hanoi but also try delish coffee. This tour took us to some hidden coffee shops to try some of the favourites such as egg coffee but also a speciality single origin drip coffee. Recommend!

The coffee tour was so much fun - there are so many coffee shops in Hanoi but I felt like we got the real “insider” view of the best places for coffee in Hanoi. On top of that, we were able to get some great insight into the origin of the various types of coffee. Vu was an AMAZING tour guide who went above and beyond for us, and we would highly recommend this tour!! Definitely worth every penny!

Rose was our tour guide for a private food tour by A Taste of Hanoi. She was outstanding-- very engaging and informative. She was extremely flexible with us, and had us sample a variety of foods and drinks through our tour. We had 6 people on our tour and everyone enjoyed it. We were so happy with the tour!!

We went with several families and did a food tour with our guide, Rose. We tried some amazing food, and oh, so much food, we had to skip a couple of them. Rose was very knowledgeable and was very nice, kids loved her. She was super flexible adapting the tour to our needs. We would totally do another tour with her.

Recently had the pleasure of touring the city with Rose as our guide, and it was nothing short of exceptional. She took us to some amazing rooftops for cocktails, introduced us to local street food, and led us to the best bánh mì I've ever had in my life. We felt safe and secure as we walked through parts of Hanoi we didn't know existed. Loved the sky bar,great views and learned about the surrounding area. Rose was incredible and very helpful at making us feel comfortable. Rose was also very flexible and took us for our favourite Bahn Mi as an extra experience. We loved every part of the tour, even though we were sweating and very hot, it was enjoyable because Rose was thoughtful and let us go at our own pace. Her English was very good, so the conversation was very easy. Definitely try to book in Rose for a private tour, you will never forget it.

We loved this tour, we had Rose take us around the city and we saw lots of hidden alleys and secret places that we never would have found! Rose was so knowledgeable and gave us great history about Hanoi. Her English was perfect and it was easy to communicate with her. She even helped me choose the right medication at a pharmacy, very kind. We would definitely use her again when we travel to this area.

I visited Halong bay, Sapa and did a food tour and coffee tour.

It was an amazing tour. I got to see a side of Hanoi I’ve never seen before and got to taste amazing food and drink. I really enjoy going on the motorbike because I get to see so much, enjoy the wind and not get carsick 😁 Our tourguide Rose and accompanying driver Phuong were super kind, interesting and just amazing. I would definitely do this tour again and I can only recommend it to others. But I have to add this is not a typical tour to see the most popular sights. This is like the name says a tour for Hanoi’s hidden side not for the typical tourist attractions.

It was better than expected, so much fun! I didn't know any of the places and the food was one of the best things I've had here in Vietnam

I had the Hanoi Half day city tour and day tour to Ninh Binh. From the coordination with Brian to on-site assistance during the tours, the service and help rendered were impeccable. We experienced some hiccups along the way when a fellow family member fell ill and we were lost. Brian was able to provide recommendations and assistance that reassured us greatly. Thankfully all’s well now. We had a great time with our guides and learnt a lot about Hanoi. They were patient and great in communicating with us and ensuring we were well taken care off! Will definitely engage A Taste if Hanoi again when we come back!
