A great way to experience the incense village, a great photo spot. We were picked up promptly in a clean car with an infant seat, and our guide Timmy added much to the experience with commentary and helped with the photos.

Timmy - our guide for the all day long tour - is simply great! He is extremely passionate of his country and he is able to transmit it during his explanations. Everything has been organised perfectly in terms of timeline, attractions and explanations. He has been so good that at the end of the tour I felt sad for finishing it

A very full day with some of Hanoi's most emblematic sites! We were accompanied by a superb guide who was very kind and helpful. If you're going, remember to bring bottled water in periods of high temperatures.

From temples and museums (including Ho Chi Mihn’s mausoleum) to the train street and water puppet show, and trying Vietnamese food and coffee, all interspersed with great insights and facts, we would highly recommend Timmy and any of his tours. Just before going back home, 3 of us (me and my wife and my son) took Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Ninh Binh 1 day Private Tour. It was amazing, even made so by Timmy, with his knowledge and explanation of the history that made everything so much exiting. Being a private tour, he also let us go thru everything in our pace (stop for taking picture, time for coffee after lunch etc) so that the trip finished almost 2 hours after the schedule. He even helped my son explore a lot mini marts to find his favorite candy that no longer available back home.

we did the vietnam 11 day tour and added on the mekong river tour, tina was very helpful the accommodation was very good hotels well located, we opted for a private tour cost $350 pp extra but was worth it for the flexibility and own driver and guide, thoroughly recommend this company.
