Bought “VIP” tickets but there was nothing VIP about the experience. You are actually buying the tickets through a 3rd party and have to walk a few blocks away from the actual venue to pick up your tickets. Not exactly convenient or VIP. It would have been easier to just purchase tickets at the theater’s ticket window. The performance itself was interesting but we were a bit lost due to the language barrier.

Generally we are happy with the tour & especially with the good hospitality by one of the manager name Miss Hao, the food is nice. I recommend to try the activity of the company

We highly recommend this performance. It was creative, had depth of character and the puppeteers and musicians were brilliant.

The cruise was amazing. The nature was sll over the boat and it was liike be alone in a island. The crew was very polite. We enjoy the food.

The staff was amazing its was a unique experience. My favourite part was the food and the activities.last but not least i loved the view from the cruise its was truly magical

It was an great gateway for us both. We had a blast going thru caves and traveling on the boat. The guide was very caring and explained a lot of stuff we had no idea existed in Vietnam. Thank you miss Hao for a great experience! Will come back with my parents next time.

It was only in Vietnamese so of no interest to us. Perhaps telling us we needed audio to understand the show would have been beneficial. We didn’t enjoy the show, better for children.

No one picked me up at my hotel at the scheduled time. They screwed up. Then they put me on a bus and told me I would have to find a way to my hotel. Unacceptable since I wouldn’t arrive until midnight. Then they said they would put me in another hotel. I went to that hotel at midnight. And there was no registration for me. Totally incompetent and unacceptable service. No response from the agency. Don’t use them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the comedy surrounding the puppet show. It was very clever. My recommendation would be to leave teenage kids at home. They didn’t appreciate the cultural experience.

Quang Trung, my student guide was extremely informative & interesting and spoke excellent English. He also managed to steer me safely through the crazy Hanoi traffic! Highly recommended, enjoyable & great way to see the special sights

This was such a fun and informative tour. We were picked up promptly by our guides Tommy and Logan, kitted up and off we went into nighttime Hanoi. We started with the most amazing fried spring rolls and shrimp pancakes and from there mixed eating delicious food with seeing the main sites of The City. The tour lasted about 4 hours and the time flew by. Would definitely repeat.

We had the most incredible 2 days in Sa Pa, walking through stunning green rice terraced fields and local villages with our guide Trang ( say Tchang) a local young lady full of life and stories to share! Just fantastic!

The trup was excellent, especially with the guide. She was amazing, so helpful and thoughtful. She communicated so well and taght us so much. Also very nice person. The hotel was good
