Friendly and very safe driver for a day trip to Ninh Binh. English of the driver was limited, but worked out very well with google translate. Easy communication via WhatsApp.

Driver was there to greet us with a sign. He drove safely. I recommend this company for transportation.

Communication was amazing starting as soon as I booked the taxi, but I had to change the pick up and/or date 3 times and each request was met quickly and positively - perfect for a woman travelling on her own to feel secure. Clean taxi and courteous friendly driver.

Ken was a very careful & skillful driver, esp on the mountainous road. Always early & full of smiles too. I really appreciate his help esp in carrying my heavy camera bag while climbing up the steep slope up MCC homestay on arrival day!! Best driver of all! Definately recommended!

I was in communication with two other transport companies before reaching out to Booking Car. They promised me a great experience, but getting actual confirmation was so difficult! These other companies required additional steps in which Booking Car did not. Overall I just did one quick call, they asked me to confirm text the details (which I preferred because the language barrier as an English speaker can be rough at time with Vietnamese) and I was situated! Paid the driver upon arrival, he was 10 minutes early and I was at the airport early. 10/10 wouldn't call anyone else!

Service is ok but the car quality and ride is below average. Photos of the car from the advertisement is misleading. I have a headache when arriving to the hotel.

The drivers have been very helpful and essential to our trip as without them,our time would be spent not as efficiently.The car was super spacious and perfect for our needs and the prices were worthy compared to the other taxi drivers around Ha Noi.Furthermore,they have been very punctual and adapted to the last-minute changes whilst also helping as with various situations.

Driver was on early to original booking and gave very friendly and professional service. After arriving at the airport, I realised passport was left at hotel accidentally. After I texted the driver again, he went back to the hotel to pick up the passport and brought it to the airport for me. He refused to take any more money. Truly blown away by the kindness shown. They are really good people.
